Replaced our older 2.5 ton unit with a 3 ton one. They did a thorough inspection of the capacity for the unit, the electric, etc , and provided 4 options. They were prompt and professional took away the old ASAP so I could do some concrete work and get a protective post in. We are super pleased with the results and how smooth the new A/C unit works. Even got a follow up call on their service. You don't see their kind of top tier service these days, but these are the professionals you want doing your project.

Was very happy with the service I received. Called around 7 am and by 8am someone was at my house. By 9:30 it was fixed and done! So quick, good price and great communication. Cannot say enough how happy I was to get it fixed and so quickly!
This is an update of my google review as I can only post once. We have been using Dave's heating and air for quite several years. Dave has been always responding to our problems quickly and efficiently. He was very nice and knowledgeable to clear all our concerns. My most recent experience was the four-day cold wave in Lincoln just before the Christmas in 2022. My HVAC stopped working at the first day, and Dave came very quickly to check the problem. We felt so relieved. We would have had a miserable holiday without his prompt help. He told us, understanding people worrying about their dropping room temperatures during the cold weather, he would pick up phone calls during late night. We didn't do so though but appreciate that message. Thanks. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The following was written probably two years ago. We had a furnace breakdown on a chilly Saturday morning and definitely felt worried how we could survive from the cold. As a DIY person, I read all the instruction and fixed what I could have done. Almost two hours and no success. Then I gave a call to Dave and was glad and relieved to hear that he would come in the afternoon. Around 1 pm, he appeared. Twenty minutes later, done! Excellent service, really nice guy, and very reasonable price. Thank you, Dave!
These guys were fabulous. They had 4 professional, prompt and personable installers and a great contact system - via Dave and Sandy as well as the internet. Our systems (Comfort Maker) were installed in 5 hours. They handled the LES rebate for us, as well. Definitely recommend them.
Furnace went down on a cold day. Called Dave’s. The tech was out when promised replaced the igniter got us up and going at a reasonable price.

We have been using and recommending Dave's Heating and Air for eight years. Dave and team have always been available 24/7 for any questions or issues we might have. We have them perform maintenance on our system twice a year, each time they are on time, professional, personable, and clean. Recently we had them install a mini split system and we wish we would have done it sooner. Dave provided a quote for the system and there was no pressure put on us to make the purchase. The installation team arrived on time, explained the work, performed the work, cleaned up after themselves, explained how the system worked and stayed until all of our questions were answered.
Called Dave the morning of black Friday about my furnace not working. He showed up promptly with the part in his fan. Very professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend Dave! Thanks again Dave!
Dave and his crew are the best! I cannot see myself ever using another company. Always responsive, quick, and a great value. Pleasant and efficient service tech got the furnace and heat pump inspected and ready for winter in less than an hour. Easy and great place with which to do business. Scheduling on the phone with a real person or totally by E-mail. Convenient.
I usually do not write reviews, however I will make an exception this time. I got originally couple of quotes for replacing our HVAC system (heat pump & furnace) and I decided to go with Dave because I appreciate the approach how he handled the consulting side (not pushy, responsive, and he provided me several options which fit my needs & budget). Then we scheduled the installation. His crew showed up on time, walked me through the whole process, were really professional, and polite. I wanted to keep my original smart thermostat, and there were some issues with configuration. Dave reached out to me and scheduled another visit for the next morning. We decided to replace the thermostat because it did not supported "dual fuel" feature. Dave replaced it, walked me through the installation, and answered all my questions (and I had quite a few of them). I really appreciate this high level of the customer service and the time which Dave took and explained me everything - I learned a lot. We have one more HVAC system which we will need to get eventually replaced and I am glad to know that Dave's Heating has my back.
Very professional, Knowledgeable and fast. Dave was able to stop by and check things out at the drop of a hat And let's face it when it's 95ﾟ and your air conditioner doesn't want to pump out cold air you want somebody to stop by as quick as possible and Dave was able to do that thanks Dave
First of all, Dave answered the phone on the first call! A rarity anymore. I had the chance to speak with Dave today regarding some work I was looking to get done. Even though his company doesn't deal in what I was looking for, he was still happy to take time out of his day to refer me places that he trusts, and even gave me some pointers as a first time home owner while we were on the phone. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for help in the heating and air world to give Dave's a call. You'll be in good hands, and not just another number on a computer screen. Thanks!
