James and the staff on the phone were so kind and quick! I appreciated their great communication, and quick response. We will use them again if we have any misfortunate with the HVAC!

I needed my dryer vent replaced, so I called Cool Concepts as they did a great job installing my HVAC system a couple years prior. I had multiple other dryer vent repair people out here to get quotes, but all the others were trying to add extra work that I didn't think needed to be done. Like venting out our roof when the set up that we already had, which was approved by an inspector just two years prior, did not do that and worked fine until it was damaged by someone doing work in our attic. Cool Concepts said they could simply replace the existing vent, which is all we wanted, and they also added some insulation around the vent as well. They started work on time as scheduled, were quick, and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Got back from vacation and heat wasn’t working. Called and had servicemen out with in 45 min. Once they came back with the right part they had it up and running with in 15 min. All for a great price. Won’t need to turn into insurance. Haven’t heard of them till today but pretty impressed.

Great service, Great price. Replaced furnace, A/C, whole house humidifier and air purifier. In and out, quick, no mess left behind. Very courteous techs.

James and his guys have repeatedly done a great job on our retail 7 unit building in Lincoln. Replaced 1 old unit with a nice, new one at a competitive price. All contractors are swamped when it's 100 outside but these guys always come through. Highly recommend.

These guys know their stuff. I found their work to be excellent and when we had an emergency situation they responded in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to any homeowner. They're very knowledgeable with the Internet of things devices. I have a nest thermostat and they were able to help make sure it was configured correctly with my HVAC unit.

James (Cool Concepts) is one of those guys that will come at the drop of a hat, take a look at the situation and then be open and honest with you about your situation. Then he also accomplishes the work quickly and expertly. I couldn't ask for more!

Awesome service! We came home today from a 10-day vacation to find our A/C not working and the house very warm. Jimmy was at our house within the hour to get us up and running. Very thankful for Cool Concepts and a quick response on weekend night at dinner time!

In 100 degree heat and a broken ac, we called Cool Concepts on a Friday night at 7pm and they came right on time at 10am on Saturday morning--despite being booked up for the day. He was able to solve the issue quickly and was extremely easy to work with (and even took his shoes off when he came inside.) we have found our hvac guys. Cool concepts is legit.
