Not only are Brian and Brenda nice folks, they sell a quality product at a fair price. Lennox machines are top of the line.
Good work at a fair price.
Brian Hester and his crew have always been there for us when needed. Replaced a compressor, ran duct work in the attic, serviced furnace and AC for many years. It’s good to have a solid relationship with a company and that is exactly what Brian Hester Heating & Air provides. Fair, honest work, done right, on budget, on time. And they are friendly. Easy choice for 5 stars

We always use Brian Hester for all of our heating and air needs. They always exceed our expectations! Ryley recently helped with a zoning system and new thermostat. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. This truly is a great company and we’d recommend them to anyone.
Lennox quality is not good anymore.They wont warranty and stand behind a 7 year old evap coil even though it says it has a 10 year warranty. Will be using a different company with a different manufacture for parts.Do not buy Lennox P.S. Ive been an electrical contractor for 10 years and in the trades for over 20 years I know products and warrantys.You will be sorry down the road...with Lennox.

Brian Hester Heating & Air is the best A/C and furnace repair and installation service in Lincoln, at a fair price. Prompt, professional, and completely first class work. I especially recommend Riley, whose work on our central A/C system went above and beyond the call of duty, checking out everything to make sure it all worked. Highest possible recommendation.

We have relied on Brian for our HVAC repair since we purchased our home in 2016 - which came with an existing AC problem. His people are always on time, professional, and they are quite reasonably priced. We moved to Lincoln from out of state and feel so fortunate to have found such a great service provider!
AC stopped cooling on a Friday in August. Was expecting a warm weekend with windows open. Called Brian and they were out here Saturday morning 8am. Diagnosed and fixed by 9:00. And didn't charge extra for weekend/afterhours. How's it go? 1)Quality. 2)Timely. 3)Price. When evaluating a service you purchased, consider the above three. You expect to receive at least one and hopefully two. Rarely do you get all three. With these folks, you get all three. Highley recommend Hester Heating and Air. Thanks!
