Aside from having a cool name, Constantine exemplified professionalism in every aspect of his work. He was punctual, courteous, and the most efficient HVAC technician I've interacted with. The service from All-Pro was great. The use of SMS notifications kept me informed about the arrival time - a schedule they adhered to. I also appreciated the SMS introductions to the technicians, which added a personal and professional touch to the upcoming service. I'll be contacting All-Pro again when the need arises.
Our AC went out late Thursday and we were able to get a technician out Friday. Very responsive and they have notification systems to let you know who is on the way and roughly when they are heading your way. The technician was knowledgeable and honest, we have an AC unit that's 20 years old and instead of convincing us we needed a new one he replaced the broken wire to it. In today's society, businesses and companies profit off of selling new items that aren't necessarily beyond repair yet, we sincerely appreciate the honestly the tech Constantine showed. We know we'll need to buy a new ac system and HVAC soon due to his helpful heads up, and we can prepare for those expenses. Can't recommend them enough, thanks again!!!
We came home from work to find our AC unit was not working. All Pro sent a technician out the next morning to fix it for us. Our service technician, Constantine, walked me through the process as he troubleshooted the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it immediately. After losing sleep preparing for the worst case scenario of sinking thousands of dollars into replace the unit, we have cold air again for less than $100. Could not recommend them enough!
Michael and Constantine worked on a holiday to ensure my family had a safe, comfortable home. They were very respectful of our home and family. All Pro sent a photo and info on our technician in advance so we knew exactly who to expect. Nobody wants to have to spend that kind of money to replace a system, but if you must, let All Pro take care of you.
During the weekend with high 80 degree weather our A/C stopped working! I called a local repair company to come out and when they discovered we owned a modular home they told us they couldn't do the repairs. I called the number of the company who installed the system only a handful of years ago, All-Pro, and they were able to come out the next day to look over the system, run down the part and save us money in the process! I will definitely make sure to call them first in the future.
All Pro got our AC working again the same day we called. They are a pleasure to work with and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
All Pro has been great to work with! We had an old, old A/C unit go bad a few years back that we had worked with them to replace. The tech was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything. They were able to come out and replace the unit same day! A few years later we noticed an issue with AC unit. We called All Pro and were available same day. They identified a bad part and replaced it free of charge. They were in and out within 15 mins!
I’ve been a customer for several years for routine system maintenance. They fixed my whole house humidifier for me on this visit. Always efficient and professional with great communication/explanations. I can tell they desire to provide the best service possible. Highly recommend this company.
I got bids from 5 different HVAC companies, all the big names, and All Pro completely out performed them all. Other bids were over complicated for how they wanted to solve our new construction installation and way over budget for my wife and I. All Pro kept it simple, explained their solution to us, and were UNDER the big names by nearly $3000 for each bid. They came out to bid on a Thursday and started the project on the following Tuesday; finished before the weekend. Super pleased with the price, quick turn around to start the project and quick to finish. Definitely recommend to all residential HVAC projects.
These guys bent over backwards to help my family. We woke up with it being extremely cold in the house on a Saturday morning. I called them up and they said they could be out in about an hour. We figured it would be a simple part that needed to be replaced but ended up needing to replace the furnace. They came back on the following Sunday to replace the furnace. And the price was extremely reasonable and workmanship looks very good. I would highly recommend this company
Five star service! Our air quit working on Memorial Day weekend. They offered me several times to come check our system that very day. Constantine was so professional. Offered text messages to let us know when he would be there. Right on time. Our filter was dirty so he got our system working and said no charge. Highly recommend them! Sandy
I reached out to them on a Saturday morning because my heat was not working and this was last month when it was super cold. So, the heat stopped working so I called All Pro Heating and Air and spoke to Constantine, who came to check it out and fixed it and we were good to go! Everything was quick and I appreciate that very much. I highly recommend this business.
I have used All Pro twice for furnace maintenance, one time for a minor repair on a cold Saturday night and also for a major motor replacement. This time Mark was not satisfied with the new motor noise and replaced with a second new quieter unit. Very happy with the service, reasonable price and agility of the services provided!
Outstanding all around! I had a thermocouple go out on my furnace, I called at 12:00 and the technician was at my door by 1:30. He was quick, friendly, and very skilled. He was able to get the issue completely fixed in less than an hour and the price was VERY reasonable. I am a customer for life!
He was, by far, the most professional technician I've ever experienced. David was his name. Kudos to the company for hiring him. On time, explained everything and the service was great.
Mike and Ted and the whole All Pro heating team were excellent. From the initial scheduling with the owner to the assessment and proposal to installation… all was fantastic. Mike and Ted installed a bit of a complicated new ac and heating unit without any issue. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I was kept up to date on progress and any potential concerns. Very professional and overall just nice guys too :) I will definitely continue to use All Pro for all of my ac and heating needs in the future. You should use them for your needs too!
I called a well known place first, all you get is recording and on hold. All Pro picked up immediately with a real person. Our technician was here within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable, professional and completed the job, didn't try to sell us a service we didn't need. I will call these guys again to take care of our HVAC needs!
We had our cooling go out on a hot day so I decided to give them a call. Mark was the one who picked up and was very kind and helpful with all of my questions. They ended up having a field tech come within the hour (David) who was very professional and clearly explained what he was doing and what he believed the issue was. They took care of the problem the same day and it has been running great ever since. I would recommend them to anyone after having this pleasant experience!

Our experience with All Pro Heating and Air was fantastic! They came the very next morning to fix our AC, but what I appreciated the most was that they took the time to explain what was wrong with it and answered all our questions. Our entire unit had to be replaced, after our old AC gave out (it was 27 years old!). They had the new unit in within a couple hours. So thankful for their speed since we have pets and a young child. Professional, respectful and knowledgeable... definitely recommend!
