I purchased my home 2 years ago and it was built brand new. Bogatz did all the work. They have been out here every spring and every winter fixing something on the unit for 2 years. We have rooms that won't get cold or warm. They've misconfigured the thermostat several times. After being very frustrated last time they sent out a senior tech and replaced the thermostat. It is not configured properly again. This is like the fourth time and they are the ones who sold me the unit. After the warranty was over, I have pretty much paid for every visit which is ridiculous since it's never really worked. Everyone has always been kind, which is great, but now have to pay someone else to come and do it right because I can't continue to call them every spring and winter to make it work for a few months. It feels like they have no idea what they're doing as they built the thing from top to bottom and it doesn't work.

Nothing worse than the heat going out in a Nebraska January but the team at Bogatz got is up and running quickly at a fair price. Our technician Brad was on time, polite, professional, and even took the extra steps to meet our expectations. Will definately be our first call if we have another issue (knock on wood)

I just had the heater and air conditioner replaced in my townhouse by Bogatz Heating and Air. In every step of the process, they were responsive, and did what they said they would do, on-time and with professionalism. I received 2 other bids and Bogatz was the lowest. So I felt I got high quality for a very fair price. The installation went without a hitch, even with some sporadic rain showers on installation day! Thank you to the entire crew!

The mark of a truly great service provider is not how well they do ordinary things. What really distinguishes the great service providers is how they handle problems. Paul and Chris at Bogatz are truly professionals in this area. Chris came out and performed a very thorough service and maintenance inspection for me on the first of May. On the 15th, my upstairs unit stopped cooling. I was convinced that it was related to the maintenance. I spoke to Paul on the phone and he agreed to send Chris back out, saying that if it was their issue that they would absolutely make it right. Chris arrived less than an hour later (on a Saturday I might add) to check the unit out. Turns out the compressor capacitor had gone bad, completely unrelated to the maintenance. Nevertheless, Chris made the repairs and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Never during the course of these events did they ever try to sidestep responsibility or shift blame. That is the mark of honest businessmen running an honest business. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs superior service from a company that stands behind its work.

Recently my elderly parent's furnance failed and needed to be replaced. I called several local repair services and received estimates well beyond the average regional cost. I called Bogatz and they sent a technician out promptly. We were given a fair quote way below the other quotes that we had received. We used Bogatz for a new home build that my husband and I subcontracted on our own. They were always there when they said they would be there, the prices were exactly what they quoted, and they were wonderful to work with (mainly dealt with Jeff). I would highly recommend them and will always use them in the future.

I built my house just 10 months back and everything was under warranty, but when i called them that the AC is not working, they said that it's because of the thermostat and they charged for the service call and i ended up paying from my pocket.

These guys are awesome. When I was having an issue with our AC unit they were very prompt to get me on their schedule asap. The technician, Greg, was right on time and very courteous and professional. He diagnosed and remedied the issue right away and got our unit fixed. He also fully inspected the unit to ensure it was golden going forward. I highly recommend Bogatz as they're first class all the way!

Had an incredible experience with Bogatz! After coming home from work to a very cold home, I called 5 heating and air places to come fix the issue as the temperature was only 7 degrees outside. 3 were booked until the next day or even later, 1 was going to charge a ridiculous amount for after hour labor, after leaving a message with Bogatz I was out of options. They called me back immediately and the man I spoke with (my apologies for not catching his name) walked me through over the phone how to reset my furnace and got everything working again with no charge! I couldn't have had a better customer service experience and I will be using Bogatz for any future furnace needs. Thanks again for saving me and my wallet!!

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed earlier this year. The crew that did the work was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We are completely satisfied with the product we purchased and the service we received. And as a bonus...the cost of our electric bill has been reduced by nearly half.

Had a service technician come out on a Friday due to the AC not working. He fixed the outside unit but did not assess the overall unit from the inside. I had to call them back because the unit was not working properly. They did not come out until Monday, the technician was very unknowledgeable about the Trane AC unit and kept insisting that the unit was running properly and that we should give it a week and then revisit the issue. He then proceeded to give me a bill for a half hour of labor when nothing had been fixed and he had no clue on what was wrong with my system. I called another service, Fred's Heating and Air, the technician was very professional and knew what the problem was right away, I needed a new zone actuator. I would not recommend Bogatz Heating and Air, they are unethical in charging a customer when their technicians are obviously incompetent in finding the source of the problem. If you have a Trane system, I recommend that you go with an authorized Trane service dealer which you can find on the Trane website.
