Matt, the technician, was awesome!!!! Checked, cleaned and communicated about our A/C unit and what he was doing and what it needed like a professional! We are never using anyone else but Solutions Heating & Air!!! Chris and Sally run a top notch local business and we are always impressed with all their workers!
I cannot say enough good things about Solutions Heating & Air. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They even went out of their way to provide portable units to keep my home comfortable while waiting for the new A/C install. Big shoutout to Matt and Sally for being understanding and working to come up with the best solution for me. 100% will recommend this company to everyone.
The reason Solutions Heating & AC will ALWAYS have my business & be a referral! Story time. I've have used Solutions personally and referred them to family, friends and clients. My first referral was my mom. I knew if they could get her business they were a good business to do business with. Well they did and have many others. After every referral I get a call thanking me for the help Solutions provided. Today is no exception. My family is dealing with a death & in all this the AC stopped working. My family called a big box service & was told they needed a new unit at an exorbitant price. When I reached out to Solutions, not only did their technician re-evaluate the cost of a new unit at a better price, but they took the time to recharge the current unit so the family can be comfortable during their time of grief. TLDR; Solutions delivers a better service than their competition. PERIOD!
Won’t use anyone else! When our furnace went out Chris got us an appointment as soon as he could! Steve showed up on time and troubleshot the problem! Thanks to them they had our heat up and going in no time!

Prior to the installation, Chris answered all of our questions. Naively we had questions about the size of AC unit he wanted to instal. He talked us through the reasons why we actually needed a smaller unit installed. Day of the install went great! The crew was a half hour early and got right to work. The guys were polite, personable and professional! I checked my energy bill today. I so happy! Our power usage dropped 15% immediately after installing this unit, which will probably be more due to the fact that the billing cycle only included 2 weeks with the new unit. Thanks to Chris, Sally and crew for an amazing experience! Your service and product is top notch!
Mr Conrad was able to give us more information in a couple of hours than the prior company we've been dealing with has been able to give us in over 30 days. We're currently still without ac, since July 31st, but Mr Conrad, who's only been on this job for 2 days is doing everything he can to help us. Highly recommend him to anyone. And we will be signing up for their membership as soon as we can.
We used Solutions Heating and Air for maintenance on our furnace and AC units (they give a discount when you do them both at the same time). We could not be happier with the service that we got. We contacted them on a Tuesday and they came on Wednesday morning. The worker was on time and very respectful. They do not try to upsell you on anything and only complete the work that is absolutely necessary. We will be recommending this company to all of our friends and family and will be using them in the future for all of our heating and AC needs.
Our AC quit cooling a couple days ago. It was after hours when I called but they were able to take care of us the same day. They were here when they said they would be and had my system back up and running in 30 minutes. Great rates and most importantly, great people to work with. Solutions now has another loyal customer!
UPDATE! 5+ Stars!!! Let me start by first saying that if I could give Solutions Heating And Air more than a 5-star review, I absolutely would! I’m adding on to the 5-star review that I posted a couple of years ago (you can view my original review at the bottom of this post), as they deserve even more kudos! On a Saturday morning two weeks ago, knowing that it was going to be very cold later that evening, my Mom and I turned on the heat. We waited….and waited…and waited some more. We thought it may take a bit for the heat to kick in as it had been at least 8 months since we’d last turned it on. We were wrong. It did not turn on, and after an hour of waiting, I picked up the phone to call Solutions Heating And Air, remembering what a great job they’d done years ago. From the first phone call, I knew that the friendly service had definitely not changed over the years! They told me it might be 2 hours or so as they were helping another customer at the moment (remember that it was also the weekend, so longer wait times were totally expected!) Ryan called me in just over an hour (earlier than expected!) and asked if it would be okay to head right over! He came to my door, very politely asked and offered to wear a mask if we’d prefer (due to COVID), and then got right to work! And you know you’re in good hands when your dogs, especially chihuahuas like the new person who’s entered your home! After a short while, the owner, Chris, also showed up to help take a look as there seemed to be quite an issue happening! Both Chris and Ryan tried everything they could before coming to the conclusion that my furnace (which was 16 years old and was original to my home), was done for. They explained to both my Mom and me, exactly what the many issues were with my furnace in simple-to-understand terms, and even discovered some shortcuts that the home builders had taken that had caused additional issues. Mike is just leaving my home, he was very kind, professional, and super quick to get things fixed. He even took a few moments to acquaint himself with my overly loving golden retriever, which always gives me confidence!
We had to them replace our entire HVAC system. Great experience from beginning to end. Knowledgeable, affordable, friendly, professional and on time. Very pleased.

A big thanks to Solutions Heating & Air. We were in need of an emergency repair to the furnace vent in our attic. Amanda scheduled us the same day. Ryan (and his associate) were able to make the needed repair and made sure that everything was sealed up/secured properly. I would definitely recommend Solutions for all of your HVAC needs.
Chris and Sally are class acts. They are good, kind, decent people who are both compassionate and professional. I am so very lucky I found them. I spoke with other people and companies before choosing Solutions, but no one beat them for price or integrity. They're good people with a professional crew doing good work in the most accommodating way. They are a gift.

My management company called them and they contacted me within minutes. They said they couldn't get someone to me until 5:00-5:30 but they called back a few minutes later and said they had someone in the area and he arrived 10 minutes later. They had my heat going in minutes!
