Over the July 4th holiday my ac went out. Not only were these guys at my house immediately but had me scheduled and were there Friday to replace it along with my furnace. The three techs Vlad,Joe,and Nick worked as a team I mean in sync the whole time.Very meticulous on every detail until they were finished. Also answered every question I asked them.Very friendly and professional group of people. Id recommend this company all day long and will be using them for all my heat and air needs in the future. Thanks again guys. Let's not leave out Zack who showed up and wasn't high pressure let's get this sale done. He and I had a good 40 minute conversation before anything came up regarding my issues with the ac unit.was 110%I. Informative and answered my questions which lead to a new furnace and air conditioner. Once again I'm a very satisfied customer.
They were very knowledgeable helpful and explained everything that was going on. They fixed it they were here on time they didn't take that long they went right to work. And the best part even though I had a lot of parts replaced and wiring I still had some change in my purse which I think their prices were very very fair I will definitely use again.

Called for a service call and they had someone out with in 2 hours! The technician Grant i believe was his name, was very friendly and informative. Great service experience! Update: Had a salesman out for quote to replace our failing equipment. Mike spent over an hour with me explaining the equipment and how it works and how it would be installed and gave me prices for different configurations of new equipment. So far they have been very professional and informative. And theyre scheduling has been incredible! Update 2: Made the decision to go ahead and purchace on a tuesday night at 7pm and Mike the salesman responded and we got everything set up for a full install on Thursday (today) These guys showed up early at 745am and got right to work, very friendly and explained everything along the way and completed a whole new ac and furnace install just before 530 on 90+ degree day! And then stuck around to show me how the set up the new thermostat. They were courteous with my wife, son, and pets the entire day! I cant say enough about theyre dedication to make sure I had a working air conditioner before they left! They have earned my respect and buisness and I look forward to using them for any maintenance needed down the road! Thank you guys! **One other note they just happened to pull the handle apart on a very old storm door i have and went out of their way to replace it. It wasnt their fault but they made sure my door would latch! Thank you!!**

We recently purchased our home. Our home was not cooling down. We thought we were going to have to purchase a bigger unit. We saw Apollo’s contact info on our ac unit. They came right out and were able to make the repairs. Dan let us know the part was under warranty. Dan was very courteous, clean, covered his shoes , and kept us informed as to what was going on.
Lucas came out to check on the efficiency of our air conditioner at our request. However, we received so much more than that. We have been in this home for a year but not the original owners and had a few questions about the entire system as it was installed. Lucas answered all of our "mystery" questions and we now feel so much more comfortable and knowledgeable about what we can do to take care of this system. We look forward to being serviced with Apollo's annual contract knowing that any possible problems will be taken care of immediately.

We had a water leak under the furnace they serviced that and checked the air conditioner unit while here too. Very friendly and professional. He’s going to send me a link for the right filter. Appreciated him taking the time to educate me on taking care of our unit since it’s a relatively new unit.

I would highly recommend this company. My old system was over 26 years old and was due for a new system. I did my research and got a few companies to quote me for a new system. In the span of 1-week, Mike at Apollo quoted me a fair estimate for a new HVAC system for my house and scheduled a day that fit my schedule for the removal of the old system and installation of a new one. All the work was done in the same day! The two installers, Terry and Joe, were very professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. From the start to the finish, they took care of everything. Apollo's estimate was very reasonable, and they quoted me a system that I needed without any hassles; complete with all warranties, tax incentives, and a 1-year service system check. Thank you, Terry, Joe, Mike, and the rest of the Apollo Team.
I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate them. They came the same day and notified me 30-45 minutes prior to arrival. Grant was thorough, honest and incredibly capable. He even showed me what was wrong, explained what needed to be fixed, and did what he said he would do. I have referred several neighbors to them. Thank you for the awesome service.

Lucas was very knowledgeable and professional as well as very friendly. He explained everything he was going to do so I could understand what he was doing. He finished the job in a timely manner (less than an hour). Very nice IOWA Hawkeye guy!
Taylor came out to diagnose the a/c refrigerant lines freezing inside and outside the house. The evaporator was clogged, and he was able to quickly clean it out and get the a/c running again. He also discovered that there was an extra return vent under the blower motor that bypassed the filter, which allowed the hair and dust to clog the evaporator. I would definitely recommend Apollo Heating and Air and plan on using them for any future needs related to my hvac system.
Our AC didn't work the first time we put it on for the summer. Last fall we signed up for their maintenance plan where they do a maintenance check on the furnace in the fall and then the AC in the summer. Even though we were yet to schedule this summer appointment, they came right out, diagnosed and fix the problem.
