Booked on a Wednesday morning, paid for the premium home service and they didn't show up for the appointment window. Called to see if they were coming and they changed it to Thursday. They didn't show up Thursday, so called to see and they changed it to Friday morning. They didn't show up Friday and said no availability until the next week. They never called on any of the 3 days to say they wouldn't be making it. Wasted my money and I was left scrambling trying to find a different company to come out on a Friday afternoon.
I have been using Joe's Heating And Air Conditioning services for many years.I had their technician today to perform our annual furnace inspection. He was very thorough and professional.He explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions.Their charges are very reasonable. I am very impressed with their service and will highly recommend them.
Joe is a real professional. He called me in advance to let me know they were running late .They showed up 10 minutes past the agreed time and it was worth the wait. The installers started the job right away and were friendly, informative and got the job done quickly. I would trust them again and recommend them to anyone I know.

Informed me of the corrective work needed on my heat exchanger and coil and promptly did the installation once the product was received, cleaned up and left the house in the condition it was in when they arrived. The replacement of the water heater was very well done. Everything was installed neatly with minimal disturbances which is very important since I work from home. These guys were great. I was very impressed with how neat and polite they were. It was a very rainy morning, and they still kept everything clean on their way in and out. They went beyond to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. We will be using them from now on.
