My family has complete confidence in recommending Sams Heating & Air Conditioning. I purchased my air conditioner and furnace from them about 7 years ago and have been happy with my decision. The price was right and fair. Since the installation, I’ve been enrolled in their maintenance program so they keep my units working in top performance. I’m able to get a service appointment within a couple days of contacting them. They are always punctual and would highly recommend.
We were having issues with our office AC and they were able to get to us right away. The tech explained everything in details and seemed really honest and helpful. I will definitely recommend Sams Heating & Air Conditioning to who ever needs work with their AC unit.
For the past 2 years Sams Heating & Air Conditioning has done the general maintenance on the HVAC system. Everyone has been professional, courteous and always within the time frame. Fortunately, to date no service calls have been required and that may be due to their care of the system. They have our seal of approval.
James and his colleague were very professional. They were thorough, hardworking and very knowledgeable. They took their time to explain everything in a very clear way. James serviced our unit last week. He arrived on time and I was happy with his knowledge and professional attitude. After purchasing our unit last year, I happily signed another annual maintenance contract with Sams Heating & Air Conditioning. The company is excellent at calling to schedule a time to service the unit twice a year. I highly recommend this company.
Very fast response. The technician is very professional,friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He saw ice accumulation and opened the unit and found that the blower had stopped working and needed replacement. He replaced the part, cleaned and had the unit working very quickly. I was very impressed.
Sams Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my Ac unit. They were very courteous and went the extra mile in explaining things to me, answering my many questions, plus they were able to unscrew my outdoor hose that was rusted and stuck just being kind. Highly recommended.

Technician from Sams Heating & Air Conditioning arrived the same day I had issues, arrived on time, and thoroughly explained everything that was going on with my heating and air conditioning system and how to prevent future issues. The weather was extremely hot. James contacted us with updates and kept us informed. The system is working very well. James has earned any our business for the future.
Dan is an excellent, conscientious installer/ service tech for Sams Heating & Air Conditioning. He was able to diagnose problems left unaddressed by previous service techs from the same company. If you use them you won't be disappointed.

James and Sam were very professional and kind. They kept me posted at all times. I always enjoy a crew that can communicate while they work so that you know what is going on round the clock the process and are friendly. I had Sams Heating & Air Conditioning replace my boiler and water heater with a combination boiler water heater system. They showed up on time, were very professional, and did a great job. I expect to save significant money on utilities now. Very pleased and would highly recommend their services.
