Our ac unit ran into a hiccup with it working properly. They were out in less than 24 hrs, and resolved the issue quickly and had us back up and cooling within 45 minutes! The tech Matt was friendly, professional and super eager to help. Every experience we’ve had working with Budget has been great!
They were very friendly and efficient. They were able to replace my A/C unit in about a week while dealing with a warranty company. Would recommend them for any service.
I feel reluctant to select stars, for all I know, they’ll do a fantastic job once they show up. But we went through our home warranty company on Saturday to request someone look at our air conditioner, and were told they’d have someone out on Thursday. So today as I’m waiting on this call, I called back to check and the appointment has moved to a week later. The home warranty company confirms this, and says that one of Budget’s repairmen had an emergency. I’m empathetic to that, but how does that move me a WEEK further back? We’ve had hundred degree temps this week by the way, so it’s miserable here and more people’s AC units are crapping out: if I cancel with Budget I’ll likely be moved even further back. I just don’t see why one tech missing an appointment makes my service call a week later.
Budget heating and cooling was assigned to come look at my ac by my warranty company. The technician (Jeff) that came out was very knowledgeable, nice, and so helpful. Highly recommend.
My technician was very polite and met all of our needs. He fixed our issue quickly and knew exactly what he was doing. The business has great customer service and answered all of our question thoughtfully and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Budget to anyone ! Great company and staff!

We called budget for several plumbing issues and Budget was great. Their plumbers were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. My wife interacted with them the most and she said they explained everything and spoke to her very professionally. The price of the service was very reasonable. We would recommend this company and would use their services again.
This company was good to work with for both our heating and cooling unit needs. They responded to things in a timely manor, answered all of our questions, were professional, and got the job done within the agreed upon time for the agreed upon price.
Timely and professional service every time. Had a minor plumbing crisis that needed timely attention, the team at Budget took this into consideration and got someone out to fix the problem same day on a busy Monday.
The repair man came way earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. He had to leave to pick up a part in another city about 20 min away so it took a little longer than expected but I appreciate the dedication to doing the job correctly. He was also super friendly and kept me updated. Now our AC is working perfectly
Budget was tagged by my home warranty company to take a look at my A/C which wasn't cooling. The appt was for after Noon and their guy, Cameron Z., was here at 12:30. He listened attentively while I went over the steps I had already taken, then gave the unit a good cleaning and going over. He was professional, friendly, and was done in about 45 min. A/C is running cold again. I would definitely recommend this company. 6/19 - They were back today for the repair. In and out in about 3 hours. Condo: cold...
The fact that Budget was able to get me scheduled a day earlier, was fantastic. Ally was able to fit me in as someone had cancelled. Ryan the tech was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and professional.
Tech ( Cedric )was on time and did a great job.He explained what he had to do, and when he was finished he showed me what he did. Very professional, as were the service reps on the phone who expedited the service. Good job, good people and a very satisfied customer.
Shawn went above and beyond what was expected of him and did an amazing job going the extra mile....his co worker Jason was superior with his work. Both worked so hard to get the job done beyond expectations would recommend this company (Shawn and Jason specifically) for any heating and or cooling work you need. You won't be disappointed...:)
The company is very professional, courteous, and have excellent communication skills. They called me right away. Setup an appointment with me. They came right out diagnosed the problem ordered the parts that were needed and had it repaired in no time. The technicians were polite and courteous with a lot of professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others.
If you have a home warranty do not use this company. I used this company through my home warranty to repair a leak in my AC system. The technician did the repair and instructed me to watch my system to make sure it was cooling right, and if it wasn’t to put in a recall ticket to the warranty company to have them come out again. My system ran constantly only getting my house to 78 degrees. I placed a recall ticket and Budget called me and said they had to come out and do a re- diagnosis. When the technician came he didn’t even take the cover off the unit, he didn’t check any pressures - nothing. All he did was take a picture of the unit and in his notes wrote client stated home warranty company refused to replace due to physical damage to the unit. He stated it was 75% blocked. He didn’t even take the cover off! And the unit is not blocked - in fact the previous technician who did the leak repair the week before stated the air was flowing fine after her did the repair. I then received a denial for coverage from the warranty company because Budget submitted that the unit was 75% blocked, and that I had been previously refused replacement. I called and spoke with CJ a manager at Budget asking what I could expect from a diagnosis visit. When I explained that the technician literally did nothing. CJ told me that what he did was what was authorized by the warranty company (taking photos), and that I would have to go back to my warranty company and start over. All I was asking for was a proper diagnosis.
Each time I’ve used them they have been earlier than scheduled which is great considering being without air in hit weather and heat in the cold. Quick, friendly, great communication and problems solved. Would use them in a heartbeat if I encounter any other issue
