22, June 2023 Today had the pleasure of meeting Katlin, very professional very much apricated early for her appointment. Katlin took her time on cleaning and checking the a.c. unit both inside and outside. Did a exceptional cleaning on the outside unit removing all the cottonwood seed stuff. Katlin is a super employee and friendly and easy to ask questions about the unit. 5 Golden stars indeed. Glenn Henke (been with Arco for many years)
October/ November 2022 we have a 8 year old Carrier System installed by Air comfort. We needed service and was told by air comfort that they can’t get the part and we needed a whole new unit. We called another company who doesn’t even service Carrier and they had the part the next day. Are you guys the new Jerry Kelly of St Charles ? You send service sales reps out on service calls ? I would give Zero stars if I could.
Christian was very polite and thorough with his communication. He too his time for the entire process.
Logan was very polite, respectful, professional and efficient during his maintenance visit with us.
After 8 years, finally revealed the cause of communication faults: Use of wrong type thermostat.
This company was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very professional! Tyler, Kevin & Stan were great! I could not be happier with the service I received! I even got free cookies & a cup from them afterwards! Kudos guys!!!!

Christian was out today doing our AC and heater check up and he did a fantastic job, explaining everything as he went! He went above and beyond! We love Air Comfort!
Christian had a strange problem on his hand with this service call. He was patient to figure it out and even called another for verification on what he thought the problem was. Once he did that then fixing the problem was quick. Wiring problems can take a long time to figure out, but Christian did a very good job.
At the scheduled installation time, four trucks showed up, and the guys from the trucks jumped out like an F1 pit crew to get to work. Highly organized and disciplined - they didn’t miss any details. An excellent company to work with.

Provide quality recommendations for troubleshooting steps. Increased efficiency and use of HVAC systems. My water heater installation was exceptional! I recommend Air Comfort Service for heating and cooling, meeting all environmental safety standards! Air Comfort Service and Customer Service and all there technicians are the leaders today and beyond for my home comfort needs.
The project manager did a great job identifying my needs, explaining the problem, and offering solutions. He ever identified the tax credits available to me. The install team was extremely professional and courteous. They took the extra time after the install to explain the new system and answer any questions. The new system is a beauty. I won’t have to sweat this summer unless I want to!
Christian was our technician and he was excellent. Our appointment was 7:30 am, he was a little early which was a pleasant surprise! He was able to identify the problem with our system and fix it immediately after reviewing pricing and options. He found an additional issue that, while not causing problems yet, would cost us more down the road. He also discussed yearly maintenance and what should be done. He didn't push anything on us and was great at explaining in detail what needed done and why. I also liked that I could pay immediately and didn't need to wait for a bill. Everything was done within 2 hours and our system is working better than it has in a year. I know I've seen some reviews complain about pricing, but I really believe you get what you pay for. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling (they offered same day but my schedule didn't allow it). The customer service woman I spoke with was very friendly, personable, and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to using them for out maintenance needs in the future.
They have always be a very reliable and dependable company which we have been using for almost 30 years now.
Kyle is very personable and professional. He does a good job ----so good I purchased an Air Scrubber from him in addition to his completing regular maintenance !!!
Josh serviced every part of my A/C and boiler system more thoroughly than any other HVAC company I've used in the past. I couldn't be more satisfied!!
Stan did an excellent job. Was here to do a maintenence check on air conditioner. Found to items that needed replacing to keep the ac running efficiently. He explained everything in a way I understood
The service man was professional and explained everything. He took time to make sure I understood what he had done, what he was recommending and if I had any questions. He did this while a thunderstorm was going through my neighborhood.
