Had an issue with my furnace not blowing air so I called Wentzville . They were able to send someone out the same day to look at it. The person they sent the technician was great -- friendly and professional. He was able to quickly figure out the issue, showed me where the issue was and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Overall, good experience and I plan to use them again in the future.
Called Sunday evening and a person answered the phone. Tech was out next morning and fixed my issue. Answered all my questions.
From scheduling the service appointment to the technician's promptness, professionalism, and skill in identifying further problems I was experiencing with my cooling system and offering remedies, my contacts with them have been outstanding. It gave me even more assurance that they were the best business to work with and that I didn't need to look elsewhere. They won my business to install a new evaporative conditioning unit in large part because of this.

My split systems were maintained by them, and they also helped me with a coolant leak problem. These people provide excellent customer service, good prices, and high-caliber work.
