We were very happy with our technician. He was very professional and our air conditioner was working in no time. We were very pleased.
Matt, the project manager made it easy on explaining the issue w/ our air conditioning system, he was very helpful in trying to solve our problems and came with plenty of solutions and gave a handbook on all options.This company in general responds very quick and effectively.
Super responsive and helpful technicians and customer service - always friendly and take time to explain in easy to understand terms what is going on with our system. Highly recommend!
Bill Colin did an excellent job cleaning my air conditioner today. He is an excellent worker and takes great care of my equipment. Would recommend Bill Colin to work on your air conditioner and furnace always does a great job on both.

Our HVAC purchase and installation was wonderful. The Project Manager, Matt W., was knowledgeable about all equipment and clearly explained features & benefits of different options. He thoroughly answered all of our questions. Great communication during scheduling and installation. I’d recommend with no hesitation.

It took almost 12 hours to install both the furnace and the A/C unit. I have no problem with that. I DO have a problem with the fact that they had to come back and re-do something that was installed wrong the first time. I'm just disappointed that it wasn't checked before they left the first time. I'd also like to add that the crew wasn't exactly careful in my basement. I have a lot of junk in my basement so I understand their frustration. I did the best I could to clear a path.
Christian did a thorough job, left no mess and even gave us a couple of tips on things we were unfamiliar with.
Weiss does a good job. Good communication. Courteous. But Frank earns them 5-stars no matter what. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. You just can't top Frank as a field service person. Just an semi-annual tuneup today. Which admittedly I did not do the first several yeas. After 10 years and our water furnace has been flawless. Love it.

Service was very poor. You'll regret using Weis, so don't say you weren't warned.
My 98% efficient heater stoped working and after calling WEIS they suggested to upgrade to 99% efficient but the same model. I was ok with it, however after installation the unit was making triple the noise of my old unit and they kept blaming the vents for the noise. After three months back and forth with them, nothing got solved but they kept sending me bill notifications even though the job was not solved. The technicians kept saying that a manager will call me but they never did. Very disappointed with this company.
I have been waiting their call back for a week. Stay away.
They put in a complete heating and cooling system designed specifically for my home and it works awesome and is so quiet you barely know it is running.

Weiss installed our furnace about 2 1/2 years ago. The company was great to work with. We lost our AC during some of the hottest days in August and Weis brought out some window units for us to use in the couple of days prior to the new unit being installed Yesterday their tech, Bill came out to check on the unit to see why it wasn't cooling properly. He had done the research on past calls to our house and was able to quickly assess the issue. He wrote a detailed description of what was going on, on our invoice so we had the documentation for any future service calls. I would definitely recommend Weis for anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.
