I had a great experience with this company. While doing a routine maintenance of our mini split, the technician found an issue causing a refrigerant to leak. Dakota was prompt, personable, and professional. He told me upfront my expected cost and how long it would take to fix. I highly recommend their services and plan to use them again.
Well they tried but not hard enough. I had three different technicians and all three just told me that is how it is everything looks good. But it was not good. I finally had to call the best in St. Louis and they were here for 2 hours and now I’m very happy. They used a hose to spray the unit outside and my air is running just as it should be. My unit is only 4 years old. Sometimes it pays to go with the best!

I had a heating/flame sensor go down on me and was unable to properly diagnose the issue or fix it. A representative from Unique came out and very quickly pinpointed the issue, and within a short time was able to get everything working again. After talking to another business who had quoted me repairs in the thousands, the cost of repair from Unique was much more affordable. Couldn’t be more pleased and I thank the team for their help and professionalism. - jeremy
I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Unique Heating and Cooling. We have a unique set up for air conditioning in our house Unico System (high velocity forced air) with a condensing unit outside that runs on 410 (very unique). In the hottest week of the summer, a motor went out in our attic unit. Johnny and his team not only went above and beyond, but they researched and found a replacement motor that they no longer make to fit our unit. We even had a vacation planned and they were able to coordinate with our family to complete the install while we were gone. They saved us a ton of money by not having to replace the entire unit and it says a lot of about the way they run a business. There are not many companies where the owner personally works with you to come up with a creative solution and sees it to completion. I would trust Unique Heating and Cooling with any of my A/C needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need a trusted partner. Thanks again Unique Heating and Cooling!

I came home to frozen ac lines. Unique was able to get someone out that day. Unfortunately, the control board was shot. When the part came in they worked with my schedule to come and install the part quickly. The technician, Tony, was great to work with and did an excellent job explaining the issue and solution. I am extremely pleased with Unique’s service.
Fantastic experience. Called another HVAC company initially, they tried to convince me that my a/c unit was broken beyond repair and that it needed to be replaced. Called Unique for a 2nd opinion and for the price of a quick service call and new filter, the unit is running exactly like it's supposed to. Would highly recommend Unique for any HVAC matters.
They did an outstanding job of replacing our old AC system. With the return of hot weather this spring- it is an incredibly efficient system! Replaced our 3 story unit through two crawl spaces- saving us needing to remove a wall! Highly recommend.
Unique Heat and Cooling went above and beyond. While doing routine maintenance, the tech found an issue with my best thermostat. After an hour of troubleshooting, found the installer did a poor job - incorrect and exposed wiring. Tech fixed it and probably prevented a potential fire hazard. THANK YOU! Will be using Unique from now on!

Good service and professionalism, but they charge higher diagnostic fees than several other companies in the area. For those looking to keep costs down, I'd call around to check on this beforehand--our fee was $125 and the repair couldn't be completed that day because it was an electrical issue.

Unique Heating and Cooling is the best! Our ac went out a couple of weeks ago during a heat wave and a technician came out that afternoon to fix it for us. It is an honest, reliable company that we can always count on to take care of the heating/cooling system for our home. We highly recommend them to anyone!!
