Very responsive! They provided service over a very cold holiday weekend. They worked efficiently and were able to restore our heating reliably in a timely manner. One of the few companies that provides reliable and accountable 24/7 emergency service!
Every time we have done business with Tri-State-state it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. Everyone on their team is super professional and their work is the same. We recently installed a hood and makeup air unit at Gallagher’s restaurant in Waterloo Illinois and we will certainly call them again for our next project.
Their service is very professional their crew, very kind ,courteous professional very diligent getting the job done, getting job done correctly and on budget, leaving the place clean after they finish their work. They did such a great job I felt compelled to feed them lunch one day and cooked up a whole bunch of slabs of ribs and fent all five of the people that were here. This was prior to us opening the 31st of May 2022, I have used their services to maintain some of our cooling equipment and they're always on budget and always on time.

Absolutely terrible company. Never returns calls. Amateur work at best that immediately stops working. Random invoices for work that was never actually done. And just when you think it can’t get any worse, the office manager is PRETENDING to be a NAVY SEAL. Absolutely do not support this company.
I use Tri-State for all my HVAC needs. They are quick to respond to your needs. After calling Tri-state for a HVAC concern, they sent out their service tech Lonnie the next day. Lonnie was professional, knowledgeable. He was quick to discover the problem and repair the situation. Avoiding a potential house fire. Thank you to Greg at Tri-state and his employees.

We used Tri-State for a custom build and really enjoyed working with Greg throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and quick to respond. Even after the process was complete he was available for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.
Really pleased with the way your team handled my furnace repair. During this lockdown I wasnt sure how easy it would be to get service but you came out quickly and in full protective gear. It looked more like a toxic chemical clean up crew than a repair company, totally worth it though to be safe. Heater is up and running well now although I hope the weather allows me to turn it off soon. Thanks guys
Fast and professional residential unit! Took time to explain every thing about the new unit and did the little touches on finished job to make it look like it should. In addition, took time to do great cleanup so looked like they were never there.

We use Tri State Mechanical for our freezer and A/C needs. They are terrific!! We receive excellent customer service! Leah always answers the phones in a welcoming manner, and she makes sure she gets us scheduled as soon as possible!! Often we have Rich as our tech, and he is outstanding!! We know we can rely on him to bring skill and expertise every time he's here!! All around a fantastic company to work with!
AC fan hub broke on a Friday during a heatwave. Scheduled appt first thing Monday morning. Two man crew. One guy cleaned the thing out from inside and out/top to bottom and made it look brand new which I was very happy about. The other guy ran to the parts store real quick to get the new fan. They installed it and put everything back together. AC is working again! Would recommend them. Thx!
I was recently referred to Tri State for the mechanical and utility construction on my new paint booth. When the owner, Greg, came out to look over everything and give me a quote, I could tell right away he wasn't one of the typical city contractors just out to make a buck and move on. He went over everything they would do step by step to insure I completely understood all of the work that was going to be done. The county began giving us the run around when we were going through the permit stages of our build, Greg was there every step of the way helping any way he could to make sure we didn't fall to far behind of schedule due to the permitting issues. With his help we finally got the ball rolling and were operational just a few weeks later. Two weeks after all the work had been completed and the paint booth was in use, we had a pretty big rain storm and a small leak started at one of the roof vents. Greg came out that day in the middle of a storm and got on the roof and fixed the leak. This goes to show they stand behind their work and are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure their customers know that. We have since built a good working relationship and have decided to use Tri State for a few future projects.
