I decided to switch my HVAC service to SmartHouse Heating and Cooling. Luke came to the house to inspect our system and was not concerned about our barking dog - Gus! He was terrific with Gus! He was extremely knowledgable, through, and helpful. I was surprised because SmartHouse was the first HVAC company I’ve had who didn’t try to sell me something - I really appreciated that! I strongly recommend SmartHouse!

I have been frustrated with my HVAC people for years. Finally had it and put out some bids and Smarthouse was not only the best bid but sent genuine, experienced maintenance adults to deal with us. They didn't try to oversell us on a new system but gave us good information to help us decide. Office staff has also been great. Looking forward to the regular service.
Alerted us to a dirty filter cleaned up the condenser and left it cleaner than he found it. Right on time and always call to co firm. These people will do what is needed. No extra bills!
I had them come out to insulate some hard to reach areas in my knee wall space. They arrived promptly and were very professional. They missed a couple spots, but came back out to remedy the situation.
Checked out thermostat. Explained how thermostat works in summer humidity. Made plans for service of attic AC and condo AC when attic temperature cooler. Will observe thermostat and report operation when returns for service call. Very knowledgeable and explanatory. RGL

Luke was on time, professional, respectful, and efficient. He demonstrated complete knowledge of the systems he was servicing and explained his findings in terms that were easily understood. We could not have been more pleased.
SmartHouse replaced out AC and Furnace. They were professional, patient, and so helpful in selecting the proper unit for our house. They did a thorough inspection and were prompt in responding to all our questions. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs repair or replacement of HVAC. SmartHouse replaced our aging AC & gas furnace with a Daiken Air Heat Pump. The owner, Marc, assessed our situation and needs and was very informative, patient, thorough, and friendly. Tim, the energy auditor, joined Marc on a second call to look at what was needed to improve comfort in our home. We trusted what they recommended. The installation team lead by Ryan was friendly, professional, hard-working, and reviewed the use of the system before leaving. They also cleaned up before leaving and were patient with every question. We plan to purchase their service plan and continue using them to care for our new HVAC system. I would recommend them to others.
Luke and the other employees here did an awesome job. They were extremely helpful and saved me money. I will use them for future needs.
Overall, a satisfying experience, but problems (though minor) not fully addressed. Also, quotes received do not appear to be as conveyed verbally; not all relevant quotes provided either.
The Smart House team is fantastic! Marcus and Ryan provided great advice on service and replacement, were always on schedule, and did great work installing my new heat system
Every service encounter I have had with SmartHouse has been superlative, from the office staff to the maintenance guys, to the installation team. They do honest, thorough, excellent work. My connection with them has put me at ease with the HVAC systems and boiler in my house. They’re the best!
Good honest company and fantastic technicians. If you need someone who knows radiators Bob is your guy, there are not many people who have the knowledge he has on radiators these days.
I've always been VERY impressed with my experiences at SmartHouse Heating & Cooling since I first started using them a few years ago! All of the staff is very friendly & knowledgeable, and all of the technicians are VERY PROFESSIONAL!! :)
We hired SmartHouse Heating & Cooling to add more insulation in our attic. They did great work and delivered it at a fair price.
