Service call $99 Scott said I needed new A/C and coil but could think about it or even get a second opinion, but took broken capacitor with him so harder for second opinion tech. Second opinion company was able to fix my unit for less than 10% of cost of new. Scott did return my service call check so that was really nice. And the owner replied to this review to investigate. Good followup.
They were very rude and short with me over the phone and in person. They did the job but just awful customer service.
My heater went out during the cold snap, they said had to replace the furnace. Everything was back ordered, took a week. Get new furnace in & they leave - still no heat. Come back next day & replace breaker & heat comes back. Week later they come back to check the a/c since it was the same thing & now the heat don’t work again. We are around week 3 & all I know is I hve heat but a fuse from the outside is inside & they have changed my thermostat & talking about rewiring the apt. Nice guys but very unhappy w/the situation. Also very happy landlord is paying this bill & not me. This review would be worse if I was
Scott was great. We needed assistance recently with our furnace. He was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend them!

These guys show up on time, do the job right, and for a fair price. I have trusted them for over a decade.
These guys do incredible work and are MUCH more reasonable than many of their competitors. Scott and Tom have been in the business for decades and really know their craft. The company has been here for 73 years, and their customers are always satisfied. Don't fall for the gimmicks many HVAC places use to bait and switch customers. Go with quality and experience!
