The best and most honest heating and cooling company. Always try their best to fix our system before having us replace the entire unit. And this has happened MANY times. And I really appreciate that, helping save a few bucks when they really don’t have to. Every person who comes over is so nice and friendly. Hate when we have to call them BUT they are great people! Will always recommend them.
Aaron was amazing, very helpful, explained what he was doing and answered my questions. I wanted a 2nd opinion because 1st company wanted me to replace system. However Aaron quickly found problem that would have solved the 1st companies issues. System doesn't need to be replaced just a new part saving me thousands of dollars. Thank you for being honest and quick on the service call.

Arron preformed my annual Summer preventative service this morning he is very professional, he introduced himself, verify the type of service, explained what he was doing and kept me informed. Rhymes is very fortunate to have such a high caliber person that represents your company so positively.
I had a good experience with Rhymes. Their prices were better for the same (or better) brands as others I got quotes from, and the crew that installed my full HVAC replacement did the job, adapted to unexpected conditions well, and didn't complain even when fixing some problems caused the job to run a couple hours longer than expected. Would recommend!
Their Service representatives are courteous, pleasant and efficient always. Everyone you work with in the company are always courteous, pleasant and go beyond and above! They do what is best for the customer. If you are having a problem - they always plan at your convenience and get someone there to help. I called with an AC problem and they were there the next day!!
We had Steve out for a quote on our hvac. Even though we didn’t go with Rhymes, he was very helpful, respectful, and kind.
Rhymes did a great job and was able to schedule quickly. I do think the R22 freon was at top of price scale. We live in STL we need our AC.

I was very pleased with the AC servicing Rhymes provided. I also thought they did an excellent job explaining the problem and the possible solutions.
Rhymes was able to schedule me same day, within a few hours. Frank came out, and was able to diagnose and repair my AC in very little time. I definitely recommend Rhymes.
