So happy I found Mark at Omega AC and Furnace Repair to service my air conditioner!!! He was here within one hour of calling him on a hot Saturday afternoon. He was very informative and fairly priced. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be calling him for any future AC repairs needed. So glad I found this guy and took a chance instead of the big company I had used prior! I'm not so stressed about what route to go with my unit's current problems and't thank you enough, Mark!!!! Will be calling you to do my slow leak search and will figure out what to do next with your educated guidance!
The technician did a great job with the maintenance on my furnace unit. He arrived on time as expected and was very professional. He completed the task in just under an hour and explained to me an issue he spotted that may cause issues in the future inside my unit. He was great with answering questions and explaining the parts of the furnace. He was patient, honest and thorough and did a great job educating! I have the furnace functioning properly again! I highly recommend Omega AC repair and Furnace Repair.
Jim was incredibly thorough and educational. I learned a good deal just watching and listening to him when he came by for my bi-annual maintenance check-up. You could tell he genuinely cared about the service he was providing, and wasn't just worried about getting over to his next appointment. I don't know if you can request a technician, but if you can, I highly recommend Omega AC and Furnace Repair.

I contacted Omega AC and Furnace Repair this morning at 8 am for an air conditioning problem. They came out about 2 hours later. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in very little time. They were extremely professional, well priced and incredibly quick. I highly recommend their services. They deserve 5 stars for Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value, and Punctuality!
