Great experience this morning!! Called and someone promptly came out and assessed my AC which wasn't working. Figured out very quickly what was needed and then fixed it. Will definitely use Nick Dolinic Heating & Cooking again! Professional and efficient.

The initial bids were accurate and easy to understand. Once the install date was set the installers were prompt and all services installed as ordered. The installers were careful to cover carpeted steps, completed the install in one day with instructions on using the humidifier and thermostat completed before packing up. Upon leaving I was thanked for doing business and given a personalized thank you card. Great service from owner Nick and his crew. Thank you so much.
Such a great company to work with! Great staff, excellent pricing, and a very quick turnaround on installs. The work the team did installing my new boiler is well thought out and installed with care. Definitely my go-to in the STL area.
We called Nick when we suddenly needed to replace our not very old boiler, with freezing temps just around the corner. He was right there for us with great advice about which new high efficiency system to go with, and he and his crew (Steve and Matt) did a great job with the installation. Nick had installed our new A/C system (including a 2nd unit requiring new ducts on the 2nd floor) a few years back, and we knew that we could trust him and his company with this current emergency situation. We just really appreciate the quality work and great service, including from the office staff, Jo and Cindy.
Our old HVAC system just got replaced for a more efficient one. Nick's team did a great job. They are friendly and very professional. All our questions got answers. We definitively recommend them.

the workers and owner were so nice and efficient. they respected our home and gave us FREEZING COLD ac in a time when we needed it most. affordable, friendly, and efficient. i definitely recommend these guys for any hvac needs you might have.
Request a system evaluation found a bad compressor fan and capacitor. Technician can out and did a troubleshooting found the above problem, tech explained to me not sure if he could find a fan. However was able find one, all work was completed with my satisfaction. However when I requested a line item invoice I was told that the company was not able to supply this info. After several emails back and forth, this company still has not supplied this info I requested. All companies I have dealings with for services on my house, I was able to get a line item invoice. I find this hard to believe that Nick Dolinic does not have an invoice system. I payed the tech on the spot for the work, but do not know what I payed for. This is the reason for the low score.
Nick and his crew put two new HVAC systems in our house over the last couple of years replacing existing systems. They were always very efficient and neat during the process. Since the time of installation, Matt has also maintained both systems on a regular basis and been conscientious and thorough in his work. I would recommend Dolinic for any future HVAC work.
The best service I've had from any heating and cooling company. They were recommended by a friend. Nick Dolinic explained everything installation Of my AC and coils and listen to what I need .job was complete on time. Steve the technician was professional clean up afterwards. Answer my questions. I had a great experience with Nick Dolinic Heating and Cooling installing a new HVAC system and thermostat. The initial conversion with Nick was so informative and help my hubby and me to understand what we need for our home and explained all benefits of replacing the old system. Nick and his team did an amazing job! All work was done very thoroughly and professionally; went above and beyond to make a new HVAC work perfectly, look nice, and fit, and they also performed a thorough clean-up after the job was complete. They absolutely overcome all my expectations, and I would recommend using Nick Dolinic as an HVAC specialist to be satisfied with your investments.

When I showed interest in the Mistubishi ductless heating and AC units for an uncomfortable room his office called me immediately. Nick showed up the same day with information. He did not try to sell me automatically. Instead, he said my furnace was strong enough to heat the whole 1500 square foot house and basement with the right ducting and valves and wrapped with proper insulation etc...I already knew I needed new ducting because it's rusted badly and uninsulated. But did not understand why every room in my home was a different temperature zone. Until Nick spent some time educating me even though I was upfront about not purchasing right away. He is also helping to consult on moving the furnace and codes now that I am in the planning phases of finishing the basement so I don't have giant ducts hanging in the middle of a habitable space. I can't wait to get going on the project so I can leave what is sure to be a great review after my furnace is moved and all new proper ducting installed.
Over the years, Nick Dolinic Heating and Cooling has taken excellent care of my air conditioning, heat pump, and radiator systems. They do all of my regular maintenance, they are always prompt and efficient, and their prices are very reasonable. They are also always there for me when I need them most. Last summer, they came out quickly during a heat wave to repair my air conditioner, and just today, Mr. Dolinic spent a long time on the telephone with me answering a question I had about my radiators. They're the best!
I purchased a home with an existing HSA. When I submitted a request for a clean and check for my furnace, I was assigned Nick Dolinic Heating and Cooling. It was my lucky day! I was very pleased with this company. They called me and scheduled the appointment, the tech called on his way, arrived within the timeframe, and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Not sure I will continue with the HSA, but I will continue to use Nick Dolinic Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs.

We found Nick Dolinic through our home warranty last September. They helped us get through the rest of the higher temps by doing a good cleaning on our original unit. Last month when our unit finally reached the end, Nick Dolinic was our first call. Ashley and Joan in the office are super friendly and helpful. Matt took care of the initial cleaning and was one of the three installers that installed our new unit. I’ve already sent them one customer, and I’ll keep sending people to them. I’ll never use another company! Thanks everyone!!!
