Our system went out during 95+ degree weather, gave them a call at 3:00pm and Mike was at our house within 45 minutes. He figured out quickly what the problem was, took care of it and was on his way home by 5:00pm. Very personable guy and managed to get our house cooled down by the evening.
Midwest has been working on our refrigeration units and a/c for years. Always on time, very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend to anyone no questions asked.

Updated: my technician is really good, Jamie, professional. The bad thing is they don’t show up on your schedule day, no call to let me know at all. I would never do any business with Tammy Jones, co owner, super rude and unprofessional.
MIdwest Service Repair has done a great job for us! They responded quickly in 2021 to an AC emergency and could have convinced us we needed new units; instead it was a simple valve issue and the units have continued to work well. They came today for a clean and check and the fee was less than I expected. In addition they were on time and professional. Jamie did a great job!
