Have used this company for years, as do, several family members. Have been very pleased with the timeliness of appointments, and how they notify you who is coming to service the unit. Paul frequently comes to our house, very helpful knowing when he will arrive. They are attentive to details, shoe covers are worn in the house, and they are prompt.
I thought Paul was not only very knowledgeable but also up front and honest on his assessment of the hvac system.
Technician came out May 16 promptly with the expectation I'd be getting a quote shortly after. I am still waiting on a quote as of July 5 and no update since June 14. The customer service and response time was great back in 2021 when I used them and the only reason I've waited this long without contacting a competitor.
Mike was super friendly and assured me the AC system is all good.
Meyer Air was a godsend. We had a new A/C condenser and coil installed. Ashley and Blaine were our installers and they did a fantastic job. They were very courteous and professional. Meyer was also one of the best priced out there.

Paul was great! He was on time and got right to work. He explained what the problem was and thankfully it was an easy fox and had the part with in his service truck. He had our air conditioning working in a very short time. I would highly recommend Meyer Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs.
Best financing deal i could find, quality product, dedicated installers. They arrived at 8:30 am and instead of making it a 2 day install they stayed to 7pm to get everything done. Excellent experience.

Meyer was the only company to respond and offer same day service on a Sunday! Brandon was on time, polite, and got right to work diagnosing the issue with my AC unit. He was thorough in taking me through the service options and related pricing. He had the repair complete in about 15 minutes and my house was already cooler by the time he left. I am so grateful for the prompt and kind service. I would highly recommend Meyer Heating and Air!
Brandon was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and showed what the problem was. He offered extra AC unit service contract and explained the benefits but was not pushy about it. Highly recommend Meyer heating and air.
Great to deal with. I actually called on a Sunday and they answered and set up my appointment for Monday morning. I have zero complaints. Brandon was great to deal with, even with my dogs and 10 yr old thinking he was there to see them!!

Everyone showed up on time, Blaine and the others did a wonderful job making sure everything was taken care of, and by the end of the day I had a nice shiny new system.
I needed to have my A/C unit repaired ASAP. They responded with in 1 hour. The technician was polite and professional. They had the parts on the truck and soon the unit was up and running, and I was able to make it to an appointment on time.
We recommend Meyer to the friends and family we like and care about. They made a not-so-pleasant experience better and have earned us as long-term clients. They do regular checkups on our systems, even the one we bought before them. There is no BS and it is straightforward. Update: still thrilled with their service and Emin is super! Update #2: No changes in our perception of Emin or this company. We wholeheartedly recommend them! Update #3: Jamal was very professional and pleasant. It really is awesome to have a company we can trust that hires great staff.
Within 1 hr we had a plan to fix the AC, very responsive, within 2hrs we were cool again 😎
