I have use Maple Heating & Air Conditioning company for 3 years. They come after hours. They always find and fix the issue. I’m am very pleased with their customer service and getting the problem fixed. Trustworthy and reliable company
Maple Heating & Air Conditioning guys are real experts, but one of the things that put them up at the top is the people they hire they send to your house. You can tell that every technician is a genuinely nice person. You feel comfortable letting them into your house. Not every company’s representatives are like this. Maple Heating & Air Conditioning is a great company! We’ve been working with them for about 3 years!
We got three bids, and while Maple Heating & Air Conditioning wasn't quite the lowest, Charles' professionalism, flexibility and lack of BS won our business. Our installers were punctual, friendly and professional. They explained our whole system and made sure we didn't have any questions before they left. They left our home as clean when they arrived. I highly recommend Maple Heating & Air Conditioning.
I can’t say anything about the quality of Maple Heat & Air Conditioning’s service technicians because I was stood up for my appointment twice. I wouldn’t suggest calling this business unless you have a lot of time on your hands. I scheduled my first appointment days in advance, not in a rush, the call center gave me the appointment options and I picked one. No one ever showed up. So, I called back to let them know and reschedule. Again, they gave me options and I picked one. And, again, no one ever showed up. Not even a phone call. I wouldn’t waste your time on this business.
I have been using Maple Heating & Air Conditioning services for many years and every service I've received has been beyond my expectations. The technician who came recently was very friendly, polite and professional. He took his time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Had an entire new HVAC system installed. Whole process was easy from estimate thru install. Tech took time to explain everything thoroughly and filed our rebates for us. Scheduled as soon as we were ready, we didn’t have to wait for them. Installers were great, very courteous and respectful of our home, and got it done in a day.
We recently had an HVAC unit installed by Maple Heating & Air Conditioning, replacing an old Trane unit that had lasted 33 years. Great job from everyone throughout the entire process from the quote through the install - and they worked very quickly to handle a couple minor questions that came up during the inspection. Highly recommended!
Very exceptional AC repair experience. The specialist was very polite and competent, he patiently explained the problem and discussed our repair needs with us. The work was done in the discussed time frame and our AC is working again. Spectacular service!!
The crew from Maple Heating & Air Conditioning did a marvelous job when they came to our workplace yesterday. Charles was the tech who took charge and supervised as the crew were installing furnace . Our locality is extremely cold but with the strong and smoothly-functioning furnace, the weather isn’t a bother to us. They were very professional and informative throughout the entire installation process. I’m very grateful.
I can’t say enough about the services I got from Maple Heating & Air Conditioning. They are the super! They did a thorough job of going through and making sure my furnace is in good working order for the coming winter months. I trust them for their are reliable and honest. Highly recommend them for all of my heating and electric needs.

This company is amazing! My husband and I came home to a very hot house on Saturday. We called several places and decided on Maple Heating & Air Conditioning! Thank goodness we did! Our technician, was absolutely amazing. He was able to identify the problem quickly and had it fixed within the hour. We will never think about using another company! This company is honest, friendly, and their prices were extremely reasonable.
Clark has been our technician for a few years and he does a fantastic job. He's always offering helpful suggestions for our system and is clean, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend Maple Heating & Air Conditioning and especially Clark, to any friend or family member in the area.

They were prompt, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
They were punctual and did a great service and were very respectful of our home. Did a yearly tune-up and fixed a minor issue that they found. Cannot hesitate to recommend them.
