We had our A/C serviced by Aaron the other day. He was outstanding. He was totally professional, honest regarding our A/C, and answered all of our questions fully. He also offered tips to help us be more efficient with our thermostat and fan settings. We have been customers of Jones Heating and Cooling for years and people like Aaron as well as the other service reps that have visited our home is the reason for our long relationship.
Just had a new furnace and AC unit installed by Jones Heating and Cooling. They did a great job. The whole process from deciding on the right furnace and AC unit to the installation was very smooth. Love my new furnace which is quieter than the old one. Mike and his team came out to set up the new AC and it is great. Much quieter than old unit! Thanks Kern Heating for a job well done!
Our service tech Mike was awesome! He came over to diagnose the issue with our furnace and boiler system. He was super professional and informative, and helped explain everything that was wrong with the unit. Would definitely recommend!
David was skilled and considerate! He efficiently serviced my furnace and hot water heater. He also answered several questions I had regarding maintenance and care. He took a tricky situation and helped solve it adding some future initiatives to consider. I will definitely have him come by in the spring to look at my AC and gas line. Thank you so much for the rapid response, professional service and helpful hints as well! Keep up the good work! Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the service i got from this company. Despite being at midnight and on a Sunday, their technician arrived promptly. He was professional, respectful and thorough. He explained the cause of the problem to me and was able to fix it very quickly. His charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
Jones Heating and Cooling recently installed a new air handler and condenser for my HVAC system. They arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. And they were careful in my home and cleaned up after the job was done. They are always a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly.
Fantastic prompt service. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. A thorough check was done to my fireplace and for quite a bit less than other locations I called. I will definitely be using Jones Heating and Cooling again!
Jones Heating and Cooling is my place. Always cordial and a pleasure to talk with. I am a Save Plan customer and it keeps my system running good. Had to call for service, after hours once, and the owner, helped me over the phone until someone could come out. That's how I met The great company and I have not been disappointed.

John was a very nice and personable man to communicate with on our ac equipment. he is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. He did the job right away and he was very informative about what he did and what caused it. Bravo!
I have been a customer of Jones Heating and Cooling after being with another company that grew too fast and too large to care. Jones Heating and Cooling has never lost sight that caring about the customer is what makes these folks great. Been with them now for about 8 months and could not be happier. The service tech, Paul is fantastic. He will make suggestions but never has there been a hard sell. I would not think of switching to another HVAC company.
Paul is a genius. Figured out dead thermostat due to bent float switch, I probably did this by stepping on it. Paul explained many details and tricks to help me understand my advanced heating system. Another 5-star Jones Heating and Cooling staff member. The arrangements for scheduling were also terrific, which was appreciated, since the temperature in my kitchen was 50 degrees and dropping.
Annual air conditioning tune up: Paul showed up on time with a glowing smile and dove right in. Everything checked out, he changed the air filter with one I had present since it was needed and let me know there wasn't a surge protector on my blower motor, and, while my blower will run fine without it, he has one on the truck he could put on, if I wanted to buy it. We went with it, couldn't be happier.
We moved in to our new house two weeks ago and in the event of the house being very cold, I turned on the heater. Too much dust flowed out of the vents and all became a coughing and sneezing affair. I immediately called in Jones Heating and Cooling and Sam came in immediately. He did the cleanup of the heater and immediately became in order. We tested and the system worked properly as it should am glad he sorted me out and we had a good night sleep for the day. I gladly recommend them.
Great experience from start to finish. I was able to reach the management team over the weekend and arrange a fast appointment. Jones Heating and Cooling technician, Paul , was on time, knowledgeable, clean, and not pushy. He found a simple problem as well as pointed me to the fact that my 20 year old system would likely need to be addressed sooner rather than later. Thanks a million.
