Russ came over promptly at 8 am and took care of my AC unit. He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend him and the Indoor Comfort Team. efficient.highly recommend him and his company.
I reached out to Indoor Comfort Team in the dead of winter. Russ came out and looked at my system and let me know that due to its age and the lack of availability of parts that my system was past its useful life. Russ was able to get my system working with a band-aid and had their sales department reach out to me about a replacement. Sales provided me with a good / better / best option and were very helpful in helping me understand the differences and the benefits of each option. We ended up replacing our unit and the team that did the work were great. They cleaned up after they were done and everything looked just like it did before they started (except for the new unit). I had a great experience with Indoor Comfort Team and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.
Their professionalism is unmatched. Brad was awesome to work with and very informative about each HVAC system. The guys that did the installation were on time, professional, and answered my questions throughly. I will recommend Indoor C Team.
