They were horrible. We were treated terribly. We first had them come out to fix our air conditioning. The man showed up a little late. No big deal. He fixed the wrong thing. The unit was still not working. We messaged him to let him know that it wasn't working. He said that he would help us. That we didn't have to go through the company. He told us what we had to search for. When we found the part he said that he was to busy to go get it. So we went and purchased the part ourselves. It took about another week to get him to come out. He said that he couldn't fix it and that we needed another part. We searched for the part ourselves and purchased it. It took about another week to try to get him to come out. We had to call the company to get him out. Meanwhile we were suffering in about 100 degrees weather and started to get very sick from the heat. That night that he finally showed up. It was late about 930, 100 pm. He refused to work on the unit because it was sprinkling. He said that he would try to come out the next day. After he fixed the air conditioning in his truck and finished a couple other jobs. He never showed up and started to ignore our calls and messages. We called the company and never received a return call. We had to get someone else to fix our unit. We had been very patience with them and kind for the way we have been treated. A month living in this heat. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I highly discouraged the use of them. I plan on spreading how horrible they treated us. And I plan on turning them in to the bbb. Very horrible experience.
