They took my call immediately when I could not get through to anyone else. We set the appointment for the next day, which they honored and they were on time. They checked in with me all throughout the day to make sure that everything was on point. They followed up with me to make sure if I need any further work or I would use them for a maintenance contract. They were especially good about sending me receipts and all the information I needed to understand about the repair. I highly recommend Heating & Cooling Experts
Maintenance service was efficient and professional. Our technician was very friendly and was happy to answer our questions about our home's HVAC setup. He walked us through the whole process before proceeding to do the repairs. Definitely would recommend Heating & Cooling Experts to new homeowners especially since they treat their customers so well.

They came quickly, found the problem, fixed and didn't attempt to up sell to a more expensive job. Not only that, they were pleasant to have in the house. I would highly recommend them.

I called Heating & Cooling Experts this morning because my furnace was not working properly. By later that day they sent out a repairman to come and take a look. He was very knowledgeable and with in no time had our furnace up and running again. Not only will I use there company again if needed but I will recommend them for anyone that needs furnace work done
