Just had a pleasure of working with Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service, Dennis is professional and courteous and very knowledgeable about HVAC. With service techs like that, my business will stay with this company always.
We have been very happy with the service provided to us by Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service. When we were experiencing difficulty with our air conditioner, they went out of their way to help us. Starting with the office, communication was very professional, understanding of our needs, and response time was excellent. Kim was one of the best we have had anywhere.
Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service technicians came out to install a new furnace in my house. They did an excellent job and I was very impressed.They were done very quickly and efficiently and went beyond to clean up after they were done. They also explained to me how to operate the new unit. I would definitely recommend them.
New hot water heater had some regulator issues but Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service went above and beyond and replaced what was needed quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them as their integrity and willingness to take care of their customers is second to none.
Excellent customer service! I really appreciate Gerald for taking the time to explain everything that he was seeing with our furnace and walking through all our options. He was very professional and we look forward to working with him again next season.

Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service technician checked out my furnace which was not working properly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was very professional. He gave me the options i had. I decided to repair instead of replace my old furnace. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Gerald did not try and sell my anything extra then what I needed and the condenser repair was a quick. His expertise is unrivaled. I have a few rental properties and it's a relief knowing I have these guys on my team that I can call without thinking twice if I have any issues. Good work!
Gordon's Heating and Cooling came out to give my furnace its annual tune-up. He was very professional, took his time with all he had to do in a reasonable amount of time too. Answered all my questions quickly without any hesitation. The way he worked and talked about his job, l knew he loved what he was doing and the company he was working for.
