We have a few rentals and use them for everything. They just installed 2 new systems. Price is good and they got them installed. Gary is the owner and it is nice that you have direct contact with him.
Very professional.
Gary and Jake installed a mini split heating and cooling system in my garage and did a fantastic job! Gary has done all of our hvac needs for 22 years and is reasonable, professional and always timely. He has done everything from complete installs to repairs and emergency service for our renters. He is the best!
Gary saved me. He listened and provided the help I needed to get my AC fixed. Because of him my wife is happy and the house is chilly again.

Awesome service! Called for unscheduled serviceing due to the pilot on our heater/hvac system not lighting. They were able to be at our home within 30 minutes and heat back on one hour from my phone call.
Gary and his team are absolutely amazing. Our air conditioner went out in the middle of July, just 10 days before closing on the sale of our home. Gary came out within an hour of us calling him to evaluate the system and was able to arrange for replacement the very next day at a reasonable price. We are so glad to have gotten a referral for G & A.
Our AC unit started seizing up on one of the hottest days in June. Luckily we had someone working on drywall for another project at our house at the time and when he heard about our issues he immediately suggested we contact Gary at G& A. This was in the late afternoon and Gary was at my house shortly after. He looked our system over diagnosed the issue and said that he could fix it. I asked him about a new system since our system was getting old and only then did he offer to quote me for a new system, he definitely did not show up trying to oversell me. He gave me several options for replacement and walked me through the differences and pros/cons of each. He was still in contact with me about this well outside of normal business hours and when we finally determined the system I needed, he had his team at my house first thing in the morning. His team was awesome, very professional and courteous. They again were great about talking me through everything they were doing and going through maintenance for the system. Gary showed back up himself the next day to look everything over and make sure we were 100% satisfied. I definitely recommend Gary and the G & A team to anyone who has any HVAC issues they were great and we have nothing but good things to say!
This is the service you want to call- last winter on the Sunday before the big snowstorm and with temperatures dipping below 0 my heat was not working - it was in the 40’s in my house - I called several service companies - most said no - inclement weather not available- I called G & A after a friend referred- He came within30 minutes - and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes- he didn’t up charge me because it was Sunday, didn’t try to tell me there was a big expensive problem- he fixed it - I had a warm toasty house in a few hours- now it’s summer and of course the hottest week we have seen In Years- I have not been at home because my mother just went on hospice- anyway - stopped by home to grab a few things and the house is so hot- but it’s 101 outside so what do I expect? Sunday I went home - the inside temp was over 90 at 10:30pm- I called G & A first thing this morning and they came right over - they had the problem fixed in moments - amazing rates- no up sell - no middle of a heat wave wait or surcharge - Good, honest, dependable, reliable work- can’t say enough good things - this is the guy you have been looking for! Dean was professional and came to fix our ac on a Saturday within an hour of being called!
Within two hours of calling, they were at my house giving us all the possible options and estimates. They were able to replace our heater & AC all in 1 day for a great price and our electric bill has reduced by HUNDREDS! can't thank them enough.
Woke up on a Sunday morning with no heat and 3 degrees outside! I called G&A not really expecting anyone to pick up on a Sunday, but Gary answered and was at my house within a few hours. Super nice guy, found my problem immediately and got it fixed for me! Highly recommend G&A!!
Sean and Dean recently replaced our furnace and we couldn’t be happier with their work! They went above and beyond! They were very professional, clean, quick and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with them and we will be calling them again for any heating and cooling work we need done.
Gary and his employee Dean were very professional and timely. I would recommend his services to anyone! They installed a whole new a/c and furnace unit in our house in half a day. They were friendly, kept everything clean as they went and were great to work with. We will be using G&A for all of our a/c and furnace needs in the future!
Quality work and great service
Gary is great to work with and very reliable. I contacted Gary on Friday night at 845 pm, Because my AC was not working. Gary was at my house to fix the issue 12 hours later. He showed up on time was very professional and price was more than reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
G & A Heating and Cooling responding quickly to our call when our air conditioner quit. We had them replace that and the old furnace at the same time. They were very careful about our concern with the COVID19 virus and wore masks the whole time they worked. They were very courteous, professional and did a great job!
We couldn't be happier with Gary and his company. Only days before Christmas our furnace went out. We were told by another company that our furnace was completely shot and needed to be replaced. Thankfully Gary not only came by on a moment's notice to give us a second opinion but actually fixed the problem without even needing to replace a part. He saved Christmas! He is our first pick when the time comes for us to replace our HVAC system.
