If you want to spend half the cost of repairing your AC, only to have them not even provide you information on how to repair it and feel belittled all at once, you've come to the perfect place! Long story short, they couldn't figure out the doorbell and didn't call when they arrived, so they gave up immediately to go to another call until I both called and texted them; eventually only two hours late. They assumed I wasn't the owner and said they'd have to call my landlord. They provided me with no details on cost of the labor or refrigerant until after the bill was in my face. Finally, they took down my email address but never provided me with any details or options in how to repair my AC so i can see to actually repairing my AC.
I have had these Guys for years, trustworthy and excellent even trusted them to use a key to fix the ac when I was in Florida...left the place spotless and they left the key on the counter.Love Them😄

Fleddermann Heating and Cooling came out for a home inspection for the house we were buying and identified a host of HVAC and safety issues. Once we closed on the house, we had them come back and fix the problems. The house is now safer and more comfortable for our family. I highly recommend Fleddermann Heating and Cooling for their professionalism and quality work.
Nobody likes having HVAC work done, but when you do I highly recommend using Fleddermann. The techs are always friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and neat. I feel confident about the repairs they make and the products they sell.
After a malfunction in our AC unit, we called Fleddermann to schedule an appointment. At the time, I texted the information to Dan as he was out of the office though we verbally scheduled for early morning at the start of next week. There was no text response at all. Woke and waited the entire hour window... no one showed. We called to follow up and received a multitude of excuses of why no one was there; the cooler weather, busy Monday morning, etc. It was obvious our appointment was forgotten about and we experienced a no call, no show. Completely unprofessional.
Dan has been servicing our family’s heating and cooling needs for the last 5 years. He and his crews are very responsive and even came out within a few hours of my air conditioning going out in the middle of August. His pricing is reasonable and the quality of workmanship is phenomenal. My wife and I recently had our water heater go out after my attempts to prolong its demise by relighting a pilot light that wouldn’t stay lit. It only took me one cold shower in November to make the call to Fleddermann Heating & Air. Andrew & Patrick educated us on options to fix the issue. We decided to replace it with a new larger water heater and also have them install a new humidifier for the house. They were professional and cleaned up the mess. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Dan and his company. We would highly recommend Dan and his crews for home inspections, heating and air issues and water heater replacements.
We've relied on Dan and his team for 2 years now, and they've never let us down. This past weekend even, our furnace at the new place broke and they came out with a new part and fixed us right away... just in time for the cold snap. Thank you, Fleddermann Heating and Cooling!!!
Newly-bought house with less-than-ideal ventilation required major upgrade to the HVAC system. Fleddermann provided a furnace and AC that was both an equipment upgrade and better priced relative to several other bids we received. We’re very happy with the install and highly recommend this company.
My A/C stopped working in the heat of the summer and Fleddermann was able to come out the same day and get me up and running right away. Honest and reliable company!
