Talked to Steve @ 10:30. He was @ my house an hour later and 30 mins after that my A/C was working again. Highly recommend Design Aire. They were recommended to me & now I know why.

Called DesignAire at 7 p.m. Saturday night on Memorial Weekend. Ryan drove to my house and replaced my Capacitor before 9 p.m. I paid a premium for the Holiday Weekend visit but I am grateful to Ryan M for getting our AC back up and running! Heck of a nice guy and a great Tech!

I was very pleased with the Design Aire tech that serviced my AC this afternoon. I was notified that he was on the way which also included his picture. Prompt, polite, knowledgeable and above all honest when evaluating my system. Couldn’t ask for anything else.
Steve Myers is thorough in his careful evaluation of our systems and seems to genuinely care.
Klint was our service tech. He did a complete check of our ac units, cleaned them, changed the filters and checked everything. We were very satisfied. They are not a budget company but you get what you pay for.
Ben was awesome. He saved the day for us and got our AC up and running late on a Saturday. To make the experience even better he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a great guy. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!
For many years they have been maintaining the HVAC system at my house. As always the service person was on time, courteous and efficient.

Technician arrived on time, we discussed the issue, and then examined the possible causes. The issue is not present today but I know what to look for if it recurs. Technician was very experienced and good at explaining the possibilities.
I recommend Design Aire for anyone who needs help with their heating or air conditioning. I have had them out for simple cleaning and maintenance and most recently, my 25 year old furnace needed to replaced. I also chose to replace my air conditioner at this time. The guys who came out, Brad and Corey, were wonderful! Not only were they knowledgeable and professional but personable and respectful of my home. The whole installation took several hours less than I had anticipated. Design Aire is amazing!
Super professional, friendly, and fixed the problem right away. Technicians are always willing to teach a few things while they are here too, which helps with general maintenance and life of our furnace.
They were able to come out same day when my heat went out. Had part in hand and was able to get back up and running within an hour.
