Good people of Google! It is 9:55pm, my temp is 75 degrees and it feels like winter to us because this is the coolest our home has been at 75 degrees all summer, actually in the last two summers. We had issues with the last guy to operate on our system, but Crestside came to evaluate and provided us with the best financial solution and quality service. Great service and communication, even from the receptionists and apprentices. We love to support local businesses as well!

I’ve been using Crestside for 20 years. Had AC and furnace installed plus once a year service. Great service and price. I like that Crestside is a family owned company. Heat went out in the middle of the night on coldest day of the year. Called at 6:30am and they had a tech out by 8:00am. Marc P.

Used a separate company to fix our AC, but after multiple attempts they were ultimately unsuccessful. We called Crestside Ballwin Heating and cooling and they came over that same day, quickly diagnosed the actual issue and fixed the issue. They were thorough and attentive and very helpful, very satisfied with this service they have earned a lifelong customer
Great experience with Crestside!! Left message after hours and they called me back shortly after 8am the next day. From the initial phone call to the final repair, an all around great experience. I just had an entire HVAC system replaced and I couldn't say enough about this company. From getting a quote to getting it installed, give them a call. I have had 5 quotes for this job, and I'm glad I went with Crestside. Everyone there was amazing, and the install was flawless. The crew was great and went over everything I should do/look out for to make sure I get the most out of the system.

Crestside is the best hvac company in St. Louis. They just installed a new furnace in my home on 2/1. They were quick and each member of their staff was professional and courteous. I used Crestside's services at my previous house and at a previous employer. Each time I dealt with them I received the same great service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has hvac needs.

We couldn't be happier with the installation of our new HVAC system. Our interaction and communication with the owner, Jeff, was stellar. It was installed in a timely fashion as promised, and the technicians were professional and did a great job. Highly recommend this company!!!
We have used Crestside since the 1970’s, when they put in our AC unit. In 2017 we again used them to put in a new AC and furnace. We had used their maintenance plan for both units because they kept everything in great running condition and alerted us to any issues. We just used them again March 2021 for help with putting vents in duct work in the basement as this past winter with the frigid temperatures we did not want to worry about pipes freezing in the future. Also we have a high humidity problem in the basement Jeff came out and assessed our situation and presented our options to take care of the problem. He doesn’t high pressure or try to sell you something you don’t need or that won’t help. We have found Crestside to be honest, dependable, punctual, courteous and have highly qualified staff to install whatever you need done. Allen was the one to come last week to do the work in our basement duct work and vents. I can’t say enough about the quality of his work. It looks great and he left the basement in tip top shape as far as for cleaning up goes. I didn’t have to do any cleaning up after he left!! He even secured things that were loose that I wasn’t aware of and there was no extra fee added. Crestside backs up their work and treats you like you want to be treated. My whole family uses Crestside because we have all had good experience with them for many years. You can’t go wrong with using Crestside.
Our furnace shut down. Our regular heating & cooling company didn't return our call. Crestside came to the rescue.
We contacted the Company in May for an estimate on replacing our A/C unit. Spoke to Jeff who I felt was open, honest and gave a competitive bid. We went with the Company and we had three guys come to the house who were all polite and professional. I highly recommend this Company for any services.
We had a new A/C, furnace and humidifier installed last week and Crestside was professional in their presentation, Jeff even showed us where other bids that added items were not needed. He also took the time to explain exactly what work would be done, including how they would excavate the new spot where the A/C would be going as well as the new platform. The two men that worked on the unit were not only courteous but were also well aware of our mask policy in the house, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks Crestside for a great job.
So impressed with this company. I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with a very friendly and accommodating woman about our AC which seemed to be working harder than usual. They couldn't get me in that afternoon but did offer Monday afternoon. Jason just left and was EXCELLENT. He was personable and professional and got right to work cleaning our unit. He even taught us a few things we didn't know. I called Crestside based on their reviews after Googling HVAC companies near me and called them based on that. I feel confident that I have found the last HVAC company I'll ever need. Nice work, Crestside! Keep it up.
