Not sure I chose the right service on the list, but they installed a new ac/heater for me. There were hiccups along the way due to the age of my building and more. All of team are great!I'm already noticing a difference in air quality. Looking forward to my next electric bill that I believe will be lower and help pay for my new unit
I've been using Chandler Heating and Cooling for a few year now, including some large jobs like most recently replacing two gas furnaces/blowers. They do neat, professional work. They explain options well and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They did everything they said they would, on time, for the price they quoted. System is working great.
I had two AC units that weren’t working so I called Chandler Heating and Cooling to request for a service. They were able to get a technician out in just a couple hours. He was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed everything on the spot and showed me some maintenance tips. I really respected his honesty. Will definitely be using him again.
Chandler Heating and Cooling was very responsive. William was at my home in 30 mins of me reaching out to them. He fixed my AC in 15 mins. Stayed for about 30 mins to monitor the temperature. Great service and value for money. Highly recommended.
This company knows what great customer service is. Their team came out Friday morning, and they did an excellent job replacing our old furnace unit. They were very careful, respectful and friendly, and we had a new furnace working by afternoon. Wonderful job team! I have yet to have any contractor have the attention to detail and go above and beyond like Chandler Heating and Cooling does. They truly set the standard for HVAC service in every aspect of the business.
Chandler Heating and Cooling has consistently delivered great results with our A/C unit. The technician has serviced my house twice and always does an amazing job explaining the situation and providing maintenance advice. Thumbs up!

We tried to hire Chandler to help us with a gas leak. The tech showed up over an hour after the window we were originally given. He was willing and able to do the job but the management said they wanted to send someone else out on a different day. After following up multiple times I was told on 4 different occasions a manager would be calling me to schedule and I have yet to hear from them. In the meantime we're having freezing temps and our gas is still shut off because of this delay. The communication with this company is very poor and I would not recommend them.
Our air conditioner was not working and we called and they came out the same day and within the time they said they would be there. Chandler Heating and Cooling technicians were very professional and courteous and explained and fixed the problem. They came out on a Friday night during a Holiday weekend to fix our air conditioner. We are extremely happy with the service technician and the work done.
I found Chandler Heating and Cooling while searching online. Their specialist came out, checked 2 furnaces in my 2-flat and prepared them for the winter season. I was happy with his work and advice. There was a longer term problem in my second floor rental unit with air flow issues. He came in a very timely manner and solved the problem with additional duct work. He had a great idea that he completed very quickly and at a fair and reasonable cost. Thumbs up.
Great service from start to finish, Philip and Vincent were both friendly and professional, everything explained and nothing too much trouble, even hoovered up before leaving. Clean and tidy work with little disruption. I can feel the difference, already warmer without the drafts, looking forward to a warmer house and lower bills, I would certainly recommend Chandler to do the job !

I made an appointment with Chandler Heating and Cooling early in the morning and received service the same day. They had our house warm in within just 30 minutes. Professional group of guys that provide great work, explanation of their work and recommendations. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
I called Chandler Heating and Cooling after the heat pump stalled. They sent out their technicians immediately, who were very polite, skilled and patient with us. They were upfront in their pricing and we were very satisfied with their work. I recommend!!
The installation of my furnace was done very quickly and professionally. The technicians were very diligently and I am glad that they also cleaned up after they were done. They explained everything they did and answered all of my questions.I would definitely recommend them.

The solution was elegant, simple and saved us a big headache in the future.
