This is an owner that will not return a customers phone call. He has his office handle inquires or complaints. Don't expect a phone call back from him if you have questions for him. I've tried at least fives times. Good luck if you have a problem.
Very fast turn around for a/c replacement. The crew was professional and did a great job. Will recommend them to anyone needing ac/heating work. The people in the office were also very nice, put in an online request on a Sunday and received a phone call within an hour even though they were closed.

Highly recommend. These guys are excellent. All three of them Chris, Jason and Darrion were friendly, professional, personable & answered all my questions. They came in the morning and left early afternoon! After installing a furnace and ac! Quick and efficient! And I can't forget the main man Bart Inman himself. He's just as nice in person as he sounds on the commercial. Very reasonable quote with a discount! I will definitely be using them again when I purchase another home. My wife said that our service technician was the most professional worker she has ever met. My 7 year old son was trying to help him and when the technician was done with his work he took 5$ out of his own wallet and gave it to my son. Made his day. Will 100% be using Bart Inman on any and all of my HVAC needs from here on out. Great people!!!!

I cannot express how much their entire team did for us. We have used them 4 times over the past year. We had two new A/C units installed and the team did a great job and helped us through the whole process. We have a 3 month old so not having A/C was a challenge but they did a great job. Thanks to Matt, Jason, Scott B., Scott H., Alex, Dorian, and Malcom for doing a great job and installing the new A/C units in just 6 hours. Highly recommend to all.
Last week we had Inman Air install a new Bryant furnace and ac system in our home. This is our second time using them as they installed a complete system for us in a previous home about 10 years ago. Bart is a very fair and honest person with great integrity. He does not try to over sell you anything beyond what you need. His office and installation team were friendly and very professional. We couldn’t be happier with our new system and highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new system.

Scott and Jason were neat, professional, personable, courteous and thorough. They took the time to go over our system with us, explain the differences from our old system and made sure we were happy with the job they did before they left our home. Great job guys!
Service rep was knowledgeable and efficient. The appointment was kept for the day. The ladies in the office when I made the appointment were very helpful. I will use them again.
I called for spring A/C service. The technician, Chris, called to let me know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked the furnace and then checked and cleaned the A/C unit. He told me the capacitor was working within the right range but might need to be replaced next year. He emailed me a summary of what he had done and what he had found. Very pleased with the service and the price.
We replaced our old HVAC systems. Everyone involved at Inman Air was great throughout the process. Jason, Darrion, and Alex were very professional and courteous on installation day. We're very happy with our experience.
The entire Inman Air team is amazing. I had a new a/c and furnace installed by Jason, Scott B, and Malcolm. They did an amazing job and aside from the new equipment, you couldn't even tell they had been here. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

AC had been out for 2 days in the heat of June. Bart himself came out and fixed a broken piece on the system and notified us that our nest thermostat was also bad. Rather than just telling us to get a new thermostat, he rigged up our old one to work in the mean time until we were able to go get a new one. He also took the care to make sure we knew how to turn it on and off until we got the new nest. Was very nice and cordial through the entire experience.
Bart came out and saved me almost $4000, that another company quoted on. Bart and his team have lifelong clients! Not to mention he’s just a genuinely great guy!
We had two Furnace and two AC installations in the same day. While I was working from home, the crew (Jason, Darrion and Scott B) was respectful, watching their noise level and very polite all day. After they left, as the mud/putty to seal the furnace to the ductwork dried, we noticed some (nice cold) air escaping to the basement. We called and an Inman service guy came out right away to seal everything up to prevent further air escape. Very happy with our experience so far.
