We needed a new dang a/c in the burning miserable heat of summer. Other companies gave us the run around if they even got back to us at all. Airpro came out immediately, were incredibly nice and friendly to deal with. They had an entire new a/c and coil installed in no time. Back to happy life. Other companies said they couldn’t get to us or get the unit we needed. Airpro was really great to work with. Pretty sure my wife is going to make out with me more often now because she’s so grateful for conditioned air again. I credit Airpro. Melissa, Dan, and the install team were all wonderful people. Highly recommend.

In the middle of 3 consecutive 100+ degree days my system shut down after hours. A repair technician came to my home at nearly 9pm at night to fix the issue. It was have been so easy to pass that buck until the morning. Service above and beyond my highest expectations!
This company is amazing!! They came to my rescue on the first super hot day of the year when my air conditioner decided to stop working. They were fast, friendly and efficient. Every other company was booked and would not fit us in. Air Pro was booked but was able to get someone out the same afternoon that I called. Amazing!!
So happy choosing Dan and the guys at Air Pro Heating & Cooling. They were efficient, knowledgeable, professional and even took the time to answer questions when I had some. (I like to learn.) Brian and Tony showed within minutes of the anticipate arrival time and were completed hours ahead of time. Dan was very patient explaining my new thermostat and explaining the new furnace and A/C condensing unit features. They were even considerate of my senior dog and other pups. They were able to keep the noise down so as to not make my dogs any more nervous then they already were. (Very important to a dog parent.) And let's not forget Melissa in the office. She kept on all the paper work and the City permit. She made sure I was informed every step of the way. I'm looking forward to having Air Pro performing the regular maintenance on my new system. I know they'll keep my investment running at top condition for years to come. Thanks again guys. I cannot recommend you enough.
Very professional team installed a new HVAC system. Showed up exactly on time and finished a few hours early. Answered any and all questions we had. Their prices were very competitive versus other quotes we received (though admittedly this may not always be the case if we continue to be hit with shortages). Would definitely recommend.
Dan was the best! He explained everything to me, didn’t pressure me to get anything more than I needed and completed the installs quickly. He was professional, efficient and friendly. Overall the best experience I’ve had when dealing with a stressful situation of an expensive household item going out unexpectedly. Melissa in the office was so helpful and gave me all my financing options. She offered to take care of the Ameren/spire rebates for me. Overall great experience and I will definitely continue to use them for any heating/cooling needs.

I was referred to them by a family member. RIGHT FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED THEM, it's been a pleasure. Melissa is on top of things, to Dan coming to see what was NEEDED. You found talk to everyone I've dealt with like you've known them for years. Everyone is knowledgeable and honest. The install crew were on time, trustworthy, and professional. It's always painful spending loads of money, but I'm glad they got my money. Thanks to everybody, TOP NOTCH.
Amazing service from Air Pro!! Recommended by a family member and I would recommend to anyone who asks. They are an honest company with fantastic customer service. Dan was very professional, and Melissa made sure to give me all my options. They installed a complete system, including a humidifier in one day. They were on time, extremely clean, mindful of the fact that we have animals and small children in the house (always made sure basement door was shut, baby gate was shut, fence was shut) and left no trace of them even being here. Can't say enough great things about this company!

This is the first time I have used AirPro and Dan went above and beyond. He drove all the way back home to grab a part to just get us comfortable for the night and came back the very next morning to install the new parts. This is the best customer service I have received from a company in a long time. I highly recommend Dan for all of your HVAC needs!

I was referred to Dan by some social media sites and he seemed to be very well known, liked, and trusted as a seasoned heating and cooling professional that had recently opened his own business "Air Pro Heating and Cooling". So the week before I had purchased a Groupon for a spring tune-up and clean from another competitor "Meyer Heating and Cooling". When Meyer showed up, the only thing they did was hose off my air conditioner and then try to sell me on other services that I didn't need, so needless to say I was very upset and I even called Groupon and was refunded my money. When Dan arrived I didn't mention any of this to Dan until he gave me his professional opinion of my unit. Dan performed all the needed tasks and didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need and he gave a great explanation on my unit and what to expect down the road. I don't normally write reviews because I don't like to take the time but after meeting Dan, I can definitely see what all the hype is about and there's no doubt in my mind he is going to be extremely successful! Absolutely awesome, and would refer to anyone! Dan initially called me back in a timely fashion, set an appointment, and figured out what was going on with my AC. Neal came out the next day with the part and had me up and running. Both were great, courteous, and even wore shoe coverings inside my house! On top of that, on the first day, after mentioning to Dan that I didn't feel like my system ran efficiently, he looked at the settings and found that it was never set properly upon installation by a different company years ago. Thank you again guys!
Our furnace quit working during a very cold week. I called Air Pro, and they sent a tech over to diagnose and quickly fix the problem. Our tech was Dan. He was a clean cut, well mannered guy who genuinely cared to help us. I felt comfortable having him in my home. His work was neat and clean. I could not ask for a better service experience.
