I cannot say enough about Abbott Heating & Cooling and John ! He was so extremely helpful and informative. When you think you might get possibly get taken of by a company, you can absolutely trust this company. I was given options on how to fix my A/C and the overall condition of my furnace and A/C. I was so very impressed on every level. Wow!
John was on time, professional, very efficient, and extremely helpful. He diagnose me immediately a problem I had and resolved it even though it was not part of the original scope of work. He gave clear and honest feedback on the state of my unit, things to be on the lookout for, and general best practices. Thanks for saving the day!!
Abbott Heating & Cooling technicians came out to check out our air conditioner. They were very professional and thorough in the diagnostic. They got our AC working very quickly and their charges were very fair. They took their time to explain everything they did in detail. I would definitely recommend them.

My technician is awesome! He answered all my questions. He explained everything that needed to be done in terms I understood. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and seems like he really enjoys his job. He is upbeat & just a happy guy. He is a pleasure to be around. Had a communication problem with my system and he came out. Very professional and knew what he was doing. He found some loose wires in my compressor that hopefully will solve the problem. The guy who works with him was also very professional. Definitely recommend Abbott Heating & Cooling.

Tech was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem,made a trip to the other side of town to pick up the parts that I needed and got my air conditioner working in a very short period of time. Much appreciated!!! I had a problem with my furnace and Abbott Heating & Cooling sent Billy out right away to fix my problem. Billy took a look at the furnace and knew right away what the problem was. He fixed it and checked the entire system to make sure everything was in proper order. Billy was very professional and I will ask for him next time I need some service on my furnace or air conditioner. It was a pleasure dealing with Abbott Heating & Cooling.
