Kudos to 1 Source Heating and Cooling!!! Hat's off to Chris for your promptness and knowledge of repairing my cooling system. He had my system up and running within 15 minutes and I'm now covered up with a blanket! Being that I'm a 50 plus years worker in many aspects of Customer Service, I appreciate Ms. Jada! I love your professional, kind, respectful and friendly voice. Great customer service and communication on confirmation of my appointment and Tec arriving shortly. Thank You Both Soo Much!
Chris came and fixed our A/C issue then suggested how to keep our aging system going. I had had another company tell me I needed to replace the whole unit and it was leaking refrigerant. He tightened a valve and said it was all good. 1 Source's price for topping up the refrigerant was less than half what the other company was offering. I would highly recommend him and this company to do all your HVAC work. They are competent and fair.
Worst HVAC experience ever. They rescheduled furnace repair right before a freezing storm, took 3 service trips and still not able to fix the problem, no emergency hours, tech not available for part of the week, scheduler not in the office during business hours. If you want your system fixed, do not contact them.
Earlier this year (June 2022) we were assigned 1Source as our technicians to address our cooling issues. 1Source was actually the 2nd company sent to us by our warranty company. They are absolutely phenomenal. 1. They did a full troubleshooting of our cooling system before replacing. We got a new A/C unit. When we still had issues with cooling, Chris (The owner & Technician), was able to assess that the issue was then the furnace. 2. Chris came back with a Partner (didn't catch his name) and they quickly installed a new furnace and return vents...all while educating me on different techniques and reasons for their need to be done. 3. Winter weather came, and we started having issues with thermostat not reaching target temp. We reached out to the warranty company and they sent us someone else. "Someone else" wanted to install a flue going outside the basement wall in order to get more "airflow/pressure" for the furnace via a code that the device was giving out. I called 1Source because I just knew 400 dollars for another hole in my house was not the answer. Chris showed up and immediately began do awesome troubleshooting. He agreed with the code but knew that the issue was more internal dealing water flow/air flow. He came up with a plan to install a piece that would allow the water to drain/condensate more efficiently. This fix was only 45 extra bucks. 4. During the periods leading up to get the repairs done and settling dates/times Keisha and Chris were by far the most helpful, flexible and honest people to work with. My family truly appreciates the patience and professionality that 1Source gives to it's customers. 5. Chris I hope you see this, and you know that as happy I am to see you, I hope to not see you until its maintenance time!
My warranty company referred this company. From the time the technician arrived at my house he was rude and unprofessional. It took the technician a week to give a diagnosis to which he did NO work. No customer service skills at all! Would not recommend!!!!
This team is thoughtful respectful and kind. They came in did the work at the same time they were attentive and polite. A previous company had given me a hard time so 1 Source had to clean up their work. There whole team was great. Also, special kudos to Kisha as I talked with her a few times. PS 1 Source completing the job was a God sent because the temperature was a record highs and my sick mother lives with me. I can’t thank them enough
This company did not fix my ac at all. They were assigned by our home warranty and now my wedding and engagement ring are gone.

Terrible company, terrible customer service. it took almost two months to get my AC unit replaced. Thankfully i am not elderly or have a baby. They are hard to reach and don’t get back to you. I talked to them on a Friday and she said she would call back after lunch, never called me so i had to wait again until Monday to be able to reach them. After finally scheduling an appointment and me taking off work to be home, i called them 30 minutes after they didn’t show up to my scheduled appointment, where i was told that they were planning on calling to reschedule for the next day??? Meaning they expected me to take off work two full days, one day without notice. No apologies, no compensation, no compassion for having no working air conditioning during some of the hottest days of the year. Fortunately every service man i dealt with was wonderful and professional, however the women working the phones aren’t. Terrible company with terrible customer service and i would never recommend them to anyone.
My experience with souce1 was very inaccurate, I was told one simple solution would fix the whole unit they replace last year. This is immediate, after that the system failed to work. Then I was told at a later time that solution could maybe fix the problem or not, but now I needed to change out my entire furnace to match the much smaller unit they replaced would work instead. Which is way more expensive than the original solution given at first. Very disappointed still no air in this heatwave
I had 3 appointments set that the company fail to show up for. When contacted on the 3rd service call they allege I'm out of their service area. The lack of communication, professionalism and truthfulness is disturbing. How do you expect to run a successful business with poor customer service & lack of professionalism.
I called them to replace my furnace flue pipes. I got several estimates and they were the most reasonable. Very professional, knowledgeable, and on time! I will definitely use them again for all my HVAC needs.
The two technicians that came out were very informative professionals, that was also well experienced fixed the issue I was having in my home… very sweet ladies that work in the office they fit me in on the schedule and got me going. Highly recommend for hvac service

1 Source Heating and Cooling did an amazing job at my home. Everyone from the office to the technicians gave great customer service. Everyone was professional and they went above and beyond to restore heat to my home during one of the coldest weeks this winter, so far. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs service to their HVAC system.
Believe all of the one-star reviews you read!!! This company was recommended by my buyer's home warranty company, who will hopefully never use them again. We were told that we needed to have our blower replaced in our heater due to faulty venting. Thankfully we did not trust their opinion. We got another opinion and found out that the blower was working perfectly fine, the venting is perfectly fine. It was a relay. It was fixed at a fraction of the cost. The blower is working perfectly fine right now and we finally have heat, no thanks to 1 source. I hear of shady businesses or inept repairman, but this is ridiculous. I really didn't believe that people were really like this. How can someone say that the blower is broken when the blower is working perfectly fine right now. They're either inept or they're lying. Bottom line, I would never recommend this company. The guy they sent out did not know what he was doing or he was falsely raising the price. Either way... big mistake.
1 Source Heating and Cooling provided excellent, expeditious service. They came out triage the problem and ordered parts needed for resolution. Keeping me in the loop the whole time. I would definitely recommend.
This is one of the best HVAC companies I have worked with thus far. Very professional and courteous. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what was going on by answering all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
