I had them out for service at a rental unit. They said they could not get inside the property after a couple minutes (I confirmed later that the tenant was there and the house was quiet for their baby). I called them back and they said they said they said they had to send the technician to the next job despite it being less than 5 minutes after they called me the first time. Poor customer service, do not recommend.
Our technician, Keegan was amazing. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had a quick solution to fix it. Highly recommend!
Darrick came to fix our air condition. We use home warrenty services. Darrick found a wiring screw up. A guided wire was forced. We want to give a strong recommendation. This service was the 7th repair call on this AC unit. It is less than 2 years old. Our heat exhausted thanks.
Derrick just came out and quickly diagnosed a problem in my electrical system. He was courteous, professional, and patient as I asked questions. He gave me options and ideas on how to save money. I highly recommend this company.

Darrick and Nick were great as well as Bri in the office. In dealing with the home warranty company. Installation and explanation on equipment was great. I recommend this company and its employees for any A/C, plumbing, electrical need.
We had a great service experience. Darrick was polite, informed, and did a thorough checkup of our heating and cooling systems. Price was as quoted and not only was Darrick on time, but arrival was communicated ahead of time. Great communication!
I had a serious plumbing issue, Shane came out and repaired the leak and patched the dry wall. He made it seemed so effortless. Cleaned up after completing his work. Very friendly and professional.
They replaced our water heater, it was the best all around service, we will use them again, and we will recommend them.
The crew from HPG (Josh, Randy and Jason) did a fantastic job reconstructing our septic lagoon. From start to finish they were great to work with and kept us informed of what was going on with our project. They made having our lagoon redone a good experience. We would highly recommend them and have shared the information for all the services they provide with our neighbors/friends. Thanks!!
Josh was excellent! I had a pretty serious plumbing issue and Josh got it resolved extremely quick. Greatly relieved my stress. Josh was even able to get my repairs covered by my warranty company.
One of my bedrooms did not have electricity. Keegan was able to find the problem and fix it. He then proceeded to be sure all of the connections on the same circuit were tight. He was very thorough in checking all the electrical options in the rooms. I would highly recommend Home Performance Group LLC to others!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Home Performance Group when my home warranty sent them out to perform a tune-up on my HVAC system. Darrick, the technician who came out to my home, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain his diagnosis of my system, and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. I was impressed with his level of expertise and his attention to detail. Not only did he perform the necessary tune-up, but he also provided me with some helpful tips to ensure my system continues to function properly in the future. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Home Performance Group and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.
They needed to put a piece in the Z line stove/oven that wasn't in there to begin with. Evan was very respectful, courteous, very thorough, and hospitable!! It was great to work with him and have him working on our equipment!! Thank you so much for your precision and diligence!!!!
I used this company for electrical to run new electric wire and outlets inside and out and replace an outside light fixture. They were very courteous and wore shoe covers and a mask.i would recommend them. I just want to give a shout out to their workers. Derek, Caleb, Shane thank you again.
Nick and Darrick replaced our furnace and did an amazing job. They were meticulous in their work and went above and beyond to attend to all the details to make sure the final install was the best it could be. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and it was pretty tough to get out. Derrick and Keegan put in an extra effort sothat my tile would not be damaged. I really appreciated that.
The technician was pleasant, obviously knowledgeable and efficient. He worked neatly and was able to remove the garbage disposal and re-pipe the sink quickly. I was pleased to get it done in one call.
You did a warranty replacement. All new ac and heat. One year and two months later had to pay 400$ because it wouldn't turn on in the middle of winter.
Nick did a great job fixing the valve in my shower. He knew exactly what he was doing and we didn't have to cut a hole in the drywall. Thank you!
