I had an A/C unit quit with the temperatures in the 90's. I gave Sam a call and he answered right away. I explained my issue and he made time for me that day. After an assessment he explain a number of options for me and after some discussion I made my choice. The new unit is working flawlessly and it was done extremely quick and very professional. I am very happy I Thank You Sam!

I met Sam when he was referred to us by a home warranty agency. He texted to offer an earlier service time; it was refreshing to not have to wait till the end of the time estimate. He was highly professional and meticulous, and provided excellent explanation in a way I could understand Sam was so great I that I asked for his number and would engage his services again. 10/10
I went through my Home Warranty to get my AC unit fixed and I am so grateful that Sam from 816 mechanical came out. He was the second contractor that was sent to me by the warranty company and he went above and beyond to make sure my system was repaired. I have a 5 month old son that was not digging the 90 degree heat and the home warranty giving us the run around, and Sam did everything in his power to make sure we Had our unit up and running again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Our air conditioning unit stopped working and we needed somebody ASAP! A friend recommended that we give Sam from 816 Mechanical a call. Miraculously with his busy schedule he was able to fit us in. Sam was not only professional, but took the time to explain to us exactly what the problem was. It turned out it was our heat pump and he was able to fix it on site. Sam, was very knowledgeable, well-dressed and beyond all extremely professional! His pricing was comparable to other Service Professionals. I highly recommend 816 Mechanical for all your air conditioning needs!

Sam got us hooked up with a new Bosch heat pump and furnace at a reasonable price, and was even able to match all the components necessary to meet the requirements for the 2023 federal tax credits for new heat pumps that meet the high bar for Energy Star efficiency. Overall, happy with the service provided!

Sam was very professional, friendly, and communicative letting me know when he was on his way, describing in detail the issue with my furnace and how he was going to fix it, and answering all my questions. Left a good first impression and would recommend to others.

Great!!! Arrival was prompt, and assessed that my hvac system had multiple problems. The tech was informative and explained everything clearly in a way I could understand. The tech was here for several hrs to confirm that each malfunction had been addressed fully. My system has had problems on and off for several years, and it is now performing like it was brand new. Thank you so much :D
Sam installed a humidifier to my system. He did a great job in just a few hours. Very reasonably priced.
