Satterlee responded to our needs immediately and repaired another HVAC person's improper repair. They are very prompt, professional and do what they say they're going to do. I will never use any other HVAC company. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
Excellent service and especially excellent customer service by Troy. Not only was he totally familiar with his products but also with our needs. He came to our home to be sure we were all to together on our needs. The system is working exactly as he said it would and we could not be happier with Satterlee.
Satterlee Plumbing & HVAC replaced our 24 year old main level HVAC all electric system with a new Lennox dual fuel system (electric heat pump and natural gas) including installation of interior gas piping from the meter to the furnace location. There bid was competitive, communication was very good and the job was completed on schedule.
The entire team at Satterlee were very knowledgeable and very professional. They worked hard to complete our installation.

The main Satterlee office put me in touch with John and John came and did a straightforward, knowledgeable, and fair estimate. I checked with 3 other companies and decided to use Satterlee because they were the most responsive, a fair value, respectful, and friendly. The guys came out when they said they would, on time, and finished the job in the same day. They even returned to help us program our thermostat when we could not figure it out later. I would recommend Satterlee to my friends and family and will call them again when needed.
Reliable work, reasonable rates
They have helped us 2 times this year and always do a great job. We called in on the weekend and they weren't able to get to us until Tuesday. They were short handed and very busy and it saved us paying weekends rates. Excellent service.

Had new HVAC system installed and it had a few minor issues, the guys at Satterlee stepped up and really took care of the problems. Can't say enough how refreshing it is to see this top notch level of service these days. Troy and the guys did a fantastic job, highly reccomend!
I am sure they are busy. But when you call on a Tuesday and they say they should have someone out today or tomorrow because they aren't that busy, you expect someone to actually come out. Called back to see their time frame because I still didn't have a call by Thursday and was told they would get to me when they could. Which I understand, it was how rude she was about it. Very bad customer service. Just wanted an idea, completely understand if something comes up, but didn't get any explanation.
They are a little more expensive than some, but they will be here down the road. You get what you pay for...
I called them once a few years ago for repairs on my home and they no called no showed and I just recently called them about repairs needing done at the hotel I take care of and I was sent to a voice-mail and that was 4 days ago and once again they never called me back to talk to me about the very expensive repair I wanted to give them. Oh well I guess I will never call them again. I have never had a good caring experience with them
Didn't use their services. Called them up because my sink was not draining and immediately they asked for my credit card and let me know how much it was going to cost ($95.00) from the moment the technician left for where I lived. I had someone come to my door(unrelated to the plumber) and when I said one minute let me answer my door, she put me on hold or ?? Couldn't get her to answer me afterwards so they lost my business.
Use them a lot at work, great to deal with.
I was having clogged pipe issues and Satterlee came and unclogged the pipe and figured out that there were roots in the line. Had to dig up and replace some of the line, but so glad I called Satterlee. They have fixed all my plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner. I wouldn't use anyone else! They know their business and do the job right!
