I hate to say it but these guys are crooks. They gave me a good price quote and promised a 5% discount if I gave a 5 star review, but... Dylan came to my house to fix my AC unit. He told me I had two components fail and they would need to be replaced. I gave him $600 dollars for parts. He was supposed to return the next day with the new parts to finish the repair and I would owe him another $600 in labor after the job. He took several parts of the AC unit back to his shop and never came back. I have left him multiple voicemails and sent over a dozen text messages. He has completely ignored all of my attempts to contact him. It has been over a month since he left me hanging. I have since had a different company come out for the repair and spend another $1,000 to fix and replace the parts that Dylan Stole. I know he has several 5 star reviews but I truly think that is because he offers a discount for them. Look at the history I am not first person he has treated like this. Very sad. If he really is a veteran he is a disgrace.

Neely Mechanical is definitely a breakaway from the traditional grumpy old man HVAC tech or young service contractor hustling you out of your money. The owner presents a very relaxed yet extremely knowledgeable vibe, clearly has a passion for his trade, and does great work. Google only allows 5stars but I'd give more if possible!!!!!!!!!!!!
My system was not running smoothly. Turns out it was just missing something, and as soon as he added that something, i felt better than ever. left my vents clean and pristine, and now I'm completely satisfied :)
They did a great job! Diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it the same day. Very good at communicating the specifics of the problem and giving us options as well. Would definitely recommend.

Dylan is a great contractor and was very knowledgeable about the HVAC system! I was having issues with my HVAC system during the evening and he walked me through on how to get it up and running! He also informed me as to why the issue occured in the first place and what needs to be done to prevent further damage to the system. I would highly recommend him for your mechanical needs!

Dylan came to repair our units through our home warranty service. He is a quite personable young man who seems to know his way around an air conditioning unit.
