I called Air Control Heating and Cooling after another company (Ok Heating and Cooling) blew me off. Jarvis was out to our place the very next day. He explained everything and got our air fixed within 30 minutes of his arrival. We had a DIFFERENT problem several weeks later, and he got to us the next day. If I get a choice, I’m going with these guys every time.
Excellent company and highly recommend them. Jarvis is very professional and was able to take a quick look at our AC unit and diagnose the issues. He had us up and running within 20 minutes.
Came out and fixed everything the same day I called. Jarvis was on-time, polite, and explained everything clearly. Will definitely use again.

When I woke up I had no heat, and then wasted time trying to diagnose it myself. I could not leave my pets alone with the heat out and they were very responsive, and had my heat back up and working in short order. The service tech was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing, how he was diagnosing the issue, and what needed to be replaced. Very transparent, fair and fast. Easily my best HVAC repair experience, hands down.
My hvac system was leaking after my second attempt of calling and voicemails someone picked up( a guy) he did come out and help but he complained they were overbooked.( i totally understand) issue was not fixed i called and left voicemails but no response my warranty company had to tell me they rejected the Service request. No matter how booked you are i wish i could have received a call back so i can know you guys are too busy instead of no answer and leaving multiple voicemails

There are not enough words or characters allowed in this review to say just how phenomenal our experience with Air Control Heating and Cooling was! After 10 days of no AC in the middle of this crazy July heat and terrible communication and a no call/no show from another local KC company, Jarvis showed up on a Saturday and had our air fixed and blowing cold in less than two hours. He was so kind, so professional, so knowledgeable, and was adamant about getting our AC fixed asap. He was even apologetic for our prior experience with the other company and felt awful that we went without air for as long as we did. It hasn't even been a week since he fixed our system, and we've already referred someone in our neighborhood to him and he had theirs fixed within 24 hours of making the initial car for service! I promise you won't be disappointed in this incredible HVAC company!!

My husband and I noticed our air wasn’t working late in the evening. I called this company first thing in the morning. They came out the same day and fixed the issue. The technician was beyond respectful & very informative throughout the entire process. I could not have had a better experience!
Jarvis went above and beyond my expectations to get my A/C up and running. After getting the run around by several other companies and suffering in the heat for weeks , he came out and diagnosed immediately, got the parts and had the house cooled in no time. He kept me informed every step of the way. His professionalism was refreshing and he truly cared about me and my family being without A/C in the blistering heat. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for a honest, professional, and caring company for all their heating and cooling needs!
Terrible experience that cost me thousands. Mis-diagnosis by the tech sent out here through my home warranty. Cost me 2000 when it actually was a repairable issue. The technician came out and diagnosed my unit as bad, however upon replacement is was found that the ground wire was touching another wire causing it to short. After months of arguing with my home warranty they finally reimbursed a portion of what I was required to pay to replace. More worried about replacing the entire unit then repairing.
Before they got to my place they said they didnt work on the kind of airconditioner i had They never even saw it and I dont have the type of air conditioner they said I had
Jarvis did a great job each time he came out to our house. He was professional, on time, and communicated throughout the process. He installed a new HVAC system for us and we highly recommend his company. We will use Air Control in the future anytime we need HVAC needs!
My furnace was out for three weeks as I haggled with my warranty company, and Jarvis was with me all the way. His customer service is stellar. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!
I will definitely call them again ! Tech was courteous, and left the area neat. The technician arrived at approximate time. He did the repair, replacing a faulty motor, and helped me to reprogram my Nest App on my computer and cellphone. He was very polite, clean and knowledgeable.
Service man came to my home and in no time fixed my furnace . He was honest and forward about what caused the failure and how to prevent it from happening again .
