Very rude!!! He called me to set up a time to work on my AC, he said he had an appointment Tuesday evening. I asked, “do you have any morning available?” I never said what day, I just asked if he simply had an earlier appointment, he replies with a smart tone and an attitude, “I told you what I have.” And I said calmly, sir why the attitude, he returns with, “because I just told you all I have”, and then says, “you know what call your Warrenty and tell them to find you a new person”. Then he hangs up in my face. I call back, and he answers and I say, sir, I don’t know why you have an attitude all I asked was do you have a morning opening. He said, “I have been bussing my @$$ all day, and I don’t have time for you are your stupid questions that I already answered. And then he hung up again, he was very unprofessional. And, I am glad he is not getting paid to work on my home nor do I want someone who is not professional to work on my property. Disrespect and rude!
I have to say, Jason and his colleague brought a hugely professional and experienced perspective to our problem with our eating and air conditioning. By the time he left, I was very convinced that he was helping me to work through our problems and that if he recommended something, it was a trustworthy and informed professional opinion. He left with a fix to our air conditioning problem and condensation issues, and told us we had 30 days to call me back if we continued to have issues. This was about the third time we had a plumber or person to come out and look at this, and the first time anyone actually found a problem and fixed it. I give Jason and his team five stars on every dimension possible. I will continue to use him whenever we need services. Thank you again for coming out to continue to address our AC system issues, especially when it's 95° today. Always appreciate your good service and great recommendations.
Had Jason and his associate come to the house to review our current cooling issues in our 2nd story. The Prayco team was the most professional and honest service call we have had in years. Provided us the knowledge and data we needed to make a move forward decision without any pressure at all. We have found our new HVAC company after moving to KC.

Jason came out to help with our house not staying cool. He checked everything and was able to explain every step of the way. He not only fixed our problem but made me a smarter home owner. He explained how to set the system up and how to maintain it so that I don’t need to call him out for the easy stuff. I will definitely use prayco again. Highly recommend Jason and prayco!!

highly recommend Prayco Plumbing! They are reliable, friendly and offer great prices. We've had them help us with all of our plumbing needs at our house in Independence and they did a fantastic job! I've met Jason about a year ago and I've been following him and his career every since. He worked on my personal Heat pump and was very knowledgeable and quick to resolve my issues. I've observed him through social media too be prompt professional and always educating his customers in what is the correct path for them whether its to repair the existing unit or replace it. Not all companies share this practice most will always tell you that you have to replace the unit ( I feel sometime its because its in their best interest not yours as a homeowner) with Prayco you will get a honest straight forward opinion backed up by industry data. I would definitely call Prayco again if I have any other issues

On a night in which my furnace was not working, I called six places looking for late-night assistance. Five said they could not come out until the next morning. Jason called back and walked me through the repair over the phone, using photos and step-by-step directions, and he did not even seek payment. I immediately booked his service for the following day. To note: This is the first Google review I have ever provided — because his effort necessitated I did something in return.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Prayco and Jason a 20 at least. Very responsive, Always on time the work is always done well. I'm not being gouged on the price. I will never use another plumber or hvac service.
Extremely happy and very impressed with Prayco’s timeliness, organization, help with financing, and overall clean execution of everything scheduled. I had a furnace in my basement garage that was a Frankenstein. It had the top A-coil replaced and then the next year the heat exchanger on the furnace cracked so it was replaced...both by two different companies. I was getting condensation water inside my furnace rusting it out. I called another company and they came out and didn't open the furnace up. They just stood there and looked at it and told me to keep my gargage door closed because of the humidity getting in. Jason with Prayco came out and listen to me. I knew condensation was the cause. Jason opened the top up and found the condensation drips from the freon tubing were missing the drip pan completely. He raised my freon lines so they were slightly sloped to allow the water condensation to travel along the line deeper into the furnace. The water droplets now fell directly from the cold freon line into the catch pan. He took the time to listen and took the time to open up the furnace to find the problem. Jason will listen and go the extra mile. He is very professional and a super nice guy. I recommend him as a man you can trust and has the skills. Kevin Smith Lee's Summit, MO

My AC stopped working and I just want to thank Prayco for coming out, finding my problem which was that my compressor was shot. My service tech did everything he could to find a new one for me due to the shortage of parts everywhere. New part was shipped fast and I now have AC again. He explained everything to me. His customer service was phenomenal!! I'd definitely prefer them. Also a special thank you to the kind lady who takes the service calls. You guys rock!!
