I called Penn Tech to get a second opinion because I was advised to replace my a/c. since my system was aging and had a freon leak. I called Penn Tech through a recommendation on NextDoor. Michael and his partner came out and cleaned the coil and surrounding space , made some adjustments and checked the compressor. Apparently , I did not have a freon leak so with the help of Penn Tech got my a/c working at a reasonable cost. With the extreme temperatures it was a Godsend. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. I am very glad I called them! Darla is excellent do deal with!

After several bids, we chose PennTech for our new HVAC system and installation. They weren’t the lowest and not the highest. For me it came down to the detail they put in their proposal. They listed everything that they would do for the price and what would be extra (there wasn’t anything they had not measured and planned for). From City Permit & inspection, rerouting gas line, new filter size, new pad, new line set and the specific thermostat we requested.

I called PennTech to work on a 20+ year old AC unit; while they fixed the immediate need, I asked for estimates on a new unit. "PennTech service is the definition of exceptional customer service. No one's air conditioning ever goes out at an opportune time, it only goes out in the middle of a heat wave, right? Ours quit during an extreme heat wave but not only that, we had a family member who had suffered a serious injury and was about to be released from the hospital to our house for recovery. PennTech not only replaced the unit and installed the new one, but they also worked nights and on the weekend to ensure we would be able to bring my son home to a safe and comfortable environment. To say they helped us through an emergency is an understatement. We continue to use them for routine maintenance and service needs. I can't imagine using anyone else." That was the last time. When our unit needed annual system maintenance, I reached out to PennTech, of course. They have kept our unit running in tip-top condition since they installed it. They arrived on time and performed the maintenance and the check-up. I feel confident going through the summer that our a/c unit will keep us cool and comfortable. Thanks again, PennTech!

He thoroughly inspected both inside & outside units of the hvac. Penn Tech installed a new Generac whole house electrical backup system. They took care of all the details - evaluated the electrical requirements for my house to determine the appropriate generator. ordered the generator. arranged for the necessary permits for the installation; coordinated connection with the electric company; determined best placement and prepared the site; and did all these things well. I am now ready if the predicted rolling blackouts come or there are any issues with the power grid. I definitely recommend Penn Tech.
