Shad, text me when he was on the way to my house. He identified the problem, explained my options and repaired my unit in a very timely manner. Very professional. Will definitely use Springfield Heating & Air again.
Springfield does a great job! Called me back by 8:15 AM and the air was fixed by 3PM . We have used them for years and they constantly do a great job and quick.
Took care of our business and incredibly nice folks!
AC stopped putting out cold air during hottest day of year and technician came within 1-2 hours of service call. I canceled the other company that couldn’t help until late that evening or next day. With an infant, I needed fastest response and that was Springfield. Technician replaced a part and cleaned condenser within 10 minutes and air was back cold.
Excellent service as always! Always on time and friendly. They take the time to explain exactly what they have done to correct the problem. Much thanks to Landon for a great job.

Shadrick Turnage was on time and very professional.
It is a pleasure to do business with this company because when they tell you they are coming they come and they make sure you know it is their service man. I have always had a service man that is courteous and he stays in touch to let you know he is on his way. The office staff is courteous and are also on the ball to get you taken care of when you need help with your heating or cooling units.
Landon was excellent. This service is as professional as one can be…quite refreshing.
I have used Springfield for heat and air units and a tankless hot water heater. They are very professional and efficient with installation and service. When I have a need, no question. I call Speingfield and HIGHLY recommend them!!
Being in the customer service industry myself I strive to give my customers the very best. Springfield H/A was recommended by a friend, and I was very impressed. My service tech (Shadrick Turnage) was professional and knowledgeable in what he did. He let us know what the problem was and took care of.... I felt we were not being taken advantage of and the cost made me feel a whole lot better as well. Try Springfield and see, you'll be impressed too.
