Came about an hour after first calling. Found the issue right away and me back cool again in no time. Price was very reasonable and way lower than expected. Plus they are local to the area. Will use them again and recommend to others :-)
We reached out to Bailey Heat/Air via their business page after hours when our air stopped cooling. He responded right away and came as soon as possible the next morning. He immediately diagnosed the issue and had us running within 20 minutes. Very nice and professional. Would highly recommend. 👍

I highly recommend Michael Bailey. I called him in morning when my air conditioner wasn’t working. He came right out and had it working in no time. Also, his price was extremely reasonable!! I will definitely call on him again!!!
Great company. Very fair, honest, professional, and friendly. I had one of the major HVAC maintenance companies come by, and they gave me a whole list of things that they recommended should be replaced, altogether costing thousands of dollars; or I could replace the whole system for nearly $20k. Then I called Bailey Heat, Air, and Home Repair, and Michael came by and took a look and said that, actually, nothing really needed to be replaced, and that normally he would charge about a third of the price of the major HVAC company for anything that does eventually need to be replaced. This company is honest and professional. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, and when you do need something fixed, they charge you a very fair price. Very happy with this company!

Michael repaired and fixed Hvac after another company from our Home Warranty company sent out missed up the system. Can't thank them enough for getting is up and running so quickly and dealing with someone else screw up....
Came back to town Sunday evening and one of our AC units was not cooling properly. Called him the next day which happened to be Memorial Day. He called me back and was under the weather with a cold which I completely understood. He said he would be there first thing Tuesday morning. He was there at 7:30 on the dot like he said, and fixed my issue very quickly. It took him maybe 15 minutes. Very nice guy. Very fair priced.

Quality service from a local family business. Mr. Bailey answered my call late in the evening and made time for me early the next morning where he provided a quick diagnosis with multiple options. I chose to go ahead and replace my whole system. Mr. Bailey had it installed a day later, working me into an already full schedule. I cannot thank him enough for providing great service at an even better price.

Bailey AC was recommended by friends after we had already gotten 2 quotes. We were blown away at the difference in the cost compared to the other 2 quotes. We thought he might use a lower quality system, but he did not. He gave us a quote, told us when he would arrive, and he did. The work was done in a timely manner, the workers were very polite and knowledgeable, and Michael kept us informed all along the way on what they were doing. We were very pleased with the process and would highly recommend this company. He will be doing the Preventative services for us each year as well. You better give them a call before it is gets HOT.
