HVAC would hardly turn off in the hot Mississippi weather. Environment Masters came out same day an added Freon to condenser (Topped Off). Came out next day inspected evaporator, furnace and duct work. Will use their service again to keep us Cool all summer.

Paul G did the best he could. Checked voltages for 2.5 hrs. Decided that the Thermostat was frozen. Only one kind of thermostat can be used. None available. Promised to have one by Monday. The heat wave continues. It’s not Paul’s fault, but Environment Masters should have parts in stock! Very disappointed in Environment Masters!

A/C issues on the hottest day of the year (98 degrees, feels like 112!) and Environment Masters was able to fit me in and a tech was at my house within 3 1/2 hours, replaced a bad capacitor, and had me cooling down all within one hour of being here! Daniel saved me!

My A/C started blowing warm air in the evening, and by early morning I knew I would need to have a repair tech take a look at it. I checked out Environment Masters’ website and decided to give them a try. I booked an urgent appointment online, and someone called me first thing in the morning. The service tech came out around 9am and by 10am, everything was working good. I think the responsiveness and work was top-notch, and I would recommend them to anyone needing A/C repair.

Very nice and professional. Paul was his name. Great guy. Explained everything and let me know, the breakdown, gave me options that fit my budget. Set Everything in motion. Y'all better go ahead and get a new AC now. You can no line get the old cool juice & when ours kept leaking, we had to go ahead & replace it. They did it next day, in a few hours. Brought a carpenter to fix anything that needed bracing. Fixed my attic ladder too. If you get in the monthly plan is only about $18.00. If you have a plumbing or heat/ ac issue they are on call for you 24/7. If also saves you a service fee if they have to come out. It also covers quarterly maintenance if the units. I trust them with my 🏡. I love Environment Masters!

Over priced for NO reason!!!’ I’m so disappointed that I called them AGAIN AND LOST all that money for NOTHING!!! EVERYtime I call I’m blown away with how pricey they are. Companies that offer the exact same thing plus more, with longer warranties are 2-3 times less! I messed up and forgot called them again this year. I was charged the 100+ service fee for someone to tell me they couldn’t fix that day until unit thawed. Next day I was told 800+ and they still couldn’t fully diagnose until something else was done and they were charging me ANOTHER service charge for coming back out. At this point I remembered all the issues I had always had and told them they could leave. I called another company that fixed everything and gave me a 6 month warranty if any issues happened to the unit -they’d come back and repair free. I paid less than 1/4 of what Environmental tried to charge! I have not had good experience because it seems like they’re inflating prices to take advantage of customers. I wouldn’t recommend. But I’m only one person.

Called them early Friday morning. Was given a time between 12-4. Got a call from the dispatcher at 4:30 that afternoon that their not gonna make it today. He asked if Monday was OK and said I wouldn't be home that that was the day I was home. He ended up asking if Saturday would be ok. I said yeah. I was given a time of 8-9. Finally showed around 10:45. The guy was nice and everything. I was later sent and email ig the invoice it would cost to fix and oh my gosh. $900 if we pulled the (1)bush and he fixed and $1300 if the pulled the one (1) bush. I'm sorry but $900 is excessive. Don't get me started on $1300 invoice.
