I must say I am beyond impressed at the inteligence helpfulness of the phone clerk. She took the time to assist me in trouble shooting my unit before sending anyone out to charge me for an inspection. All the other businesses will not take the time to do what she did and will instantly send somone out to charge a huge service fee. Thanks Rebel Heating & Cooling, God bless you
