I contacted Coleman’s since I’m having issues with a recently installed, brand new water heater purchased from and installed by another company. Truthfully, I feel taken advantage of by that company, like they just wanted to make a sale, neglecting to properly inspect and diagnose my prior unit. The issues I was having previously have returned. I’m very frustrated and don’t want to deal with them again. I should have known better when the responding tech took less than 5 minutes to mutter, “This heater is bad. This is not a good brand,” despite my previous heater being only 4 years old. I contacted Coleman’s A/C Heating & Appliance Repair seeking a professional who would listen carefully to the issues I’m describing and offer sound advice/solutions on how to proceed. I expected to hear back from Coleman’s within a day or two. But my inquiry was responded to quickly. The technician was friendly, listened, and we discussed what could be done to get my hot water going again. It was suggested I contact the company that performed the install since I’m still under warranty. But it was such a negative experience with an inattentive, apathetic tech that I’d rather cut my losses and allow Coleman’s to care for my unit. But I appreciate Coleman’s not taking advantage of my situation by suggesting I allow the initial company to make things right. I will follow Coleman’s advice. But at the first sign of indifference or rudeness by that other company, I’ll call Coleman’s out to fix my heater.
Had a great experience with Coleman’s Appliance Repair. They’re professional, prompt and more than anything else they are honest! The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair services.

We are Edward and Valerie Washington. The Colemans replaced/installed the inside A/C hardware for us. They also fixed the previous technician's outside wiring and put the outside hardware on the concrete pad correctly. This has been an eyesore for over a year. We were very pleased with the end result. They also washed and cleaned up the debris clogging the outside hardware. A few weeks ago the Colemans came back to ensure we were ready for Winter switching from cold to heat. This week leading into Christmas will be 19 degrees. We are confident that our home is ready, thanks to the Colemans. If you are concerned about your HVAC system definitely give them a call. Colemans is a local family owned business. Let them take care of yours. Thanks again!!!

They were extremely professional and fixed the problem in no time. Our Central Air Unit went out.. They explained the issue then resolved it.. My husband and I appreciated such great service.

I called Coleman because I had a bad experience with Environment Masters about a month prior. The technician arrived on time and was far more knowledgeable then the guys from Environment Masters. He fixed the problem and informed me on how to keep the issue from reoccurring. I'm definitely going to be a customer for life.

After reading all the great reviews I was excited to try them out. I couldn’t get a return call after trying for a couple of days! I’m sure they are great but I couldn’t get in!

We were first introduced to Coleman AC & Heating when we need a unit replaced at our commercial property. Shortly after, we had a problem come up at our home after our home warranty expired and it was the same issue we’d called in a claim on a few months prior. April was able to explain to us how something had been installed incorrectly (verified by a second opinion) and they rectified the issue and got us up and running in record time! A year later, our other unit went out and they replaced that while we were out of town. It gives us such peace of mind to have a company that we can trust to not only provide quality service but also so quickly! And during these Mississippi summers, I appreciate that so much! We are customers for life!

My ac unit stopped working Sunday morning, Coleman's came out while I was at church and fixed my unit. Very fast very nice service. Will use again.
