I called Sublime Heating & Cooling for emergency AC repair, and they arrived within an hour. Their technician was friendly, experienced, and honest. He identified the problem, explained it to me in detail, and fixed it on the spot.
We've been using this business for four years and have always been served very well. The technicians are courteous, professional, very capable and prompt. The business office is pleasant and efficient. I would recommend Sublime Heating & Cooling to anyone!
The business immediately dispatched a technician when I had an issue with my air conditioning equipment. They rapidly resolved the issue and possessed excellent knowledge. They also came out straight away when I had another issue with my heater. The technician carried out his duties with professionalism, friendliness, and diligence. Even better, he gave me advice on how to maintain a more efficient system.
I heartily suggest this business to everyone. They were highly competent and did a fantastic job. They are really knowledgeable, and it is obvious. They are definitely someone I'll use again in the future.

I have a 15 year old furnace that probably will not last another winter. I called them for an estimate and they said that my furnace was a 15-20 year old model, so the best option would be to replace it before it goes out in the middle of winter. The technician was very professional and friendly. He told me what he was doing and why. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need (a new A/C unit).

We had fixed our heater ourselves but couldn't get it to turn on. Sammy of Sublime Heating & Cooling came over and got it running in no time. He let us know where we went wrong and how to fix the issue. I highly recommend them.They are amazing and very educational.Thank you!
Sublime Heating & Cooling are professional, always responsive, communicate well, prices are reasonable and they are honest and don’t try to oversell you something. I pay for the annual membership and enjoy having peace of mind with the AC and heating inspections and filter changes on my two units each year so we can be proactive and avoid any major issues. I highly recommend for AC or heating needs.
Tony was wonderful. He explained everything to me, took pictures of what was wrong and fixed everything. I couldn’t be happier. He arrived when he was supposed to. He was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do; and he explained the special that the company was promoting. He provided excellent customer service.
We called over the weekend because our hot water went out. We scheduled an appointment for Sunday and were more than willing to pay the after hours fee. They gave us a time frame of 10am-2pm. 2pm comes and goes with no call or anything. We call the company to see what's going on and they inform us that nobody will be coming out that day and offered to set it up for Monday between 3pm-7pm. We were irritated but figured, ok, things happen. On Monday we hadn't heard anything by 5:30pm so we called just to get an ETA and were told that nobody would be showing up because their techs had COVID. So that is two days in a row that were no call, no shows for appointments that we set up and paid for. I called Tuesday morning to get a refund and was on the line with them for about 20 minutes because they wanted to argue and say that a tech called us at 6:49pm and 6:55pm. That was an hour and a half after I called the company and was told nobody would be coming out. Their service is disappointing and unreliable. I hope they do better going forward.
I woke up in the morning with my gas heat not working! The house was very cold! Although busy, Sublime Heating & Cooling got here within 2 hours! My furnace needed a part replaced. They very quickly went out and got the part I needed. They worked VERY hard until my furnace was working again! They were on a mission! By bedtime, that same day, my house was warm, and I was very comfortable! Thank you!
I highly recommend these guys for your HVAC job. They communicate very good from start to follow up after the job is complete. Very friendly and professional techs and very detailed with their service.
Had an appointment the morning of 1/26/20 and they never showed up, never called me, nothing. I sat around all morning on my Sunday waiting for them, and never heard a peep. Would not recommend using them.
Sublime Heating & Cooling take many pictures of all the work that was done and send you a comprehensive report so you know exactly what was done and why and you are given a thorough explanation of the work they don’t rush. They will answer any question that you have they don’t try to sell you want a necessary services that you don’t need. Absolutely highly recommended
Joe installed a water heater at our home this morning. It took several hours and required moving around a heavy washing machine and maneuvering in tight spaces. He did it all in an even-tempered and competent fashion. He represents your company very well.
We had Sublime Heating & Cooling come out to check the system not do a diagnostic. The sales guy was awesome. Incredibly nice but also knowledgeable and no non sense. He was very honest and wasn’t just looking for a sale. We may get a new system. Thanks Sublime Heating & Cooling for great service.
I expected the preventative maintenance spring service call to go quickly. Instead the technician worked diligently for two plus hours cleaning and maintaining the system. It was more than a drive by and check the thermostat and filter change. Tech was friendly and informative. I highly recommend Sublime Heating & Cooling.
I made an appointment Sunday for a appointment Tuesday between 8-10 am. My furnace would fire up but not engage blower. I have 2 small heaters and closed all the rooms Tuesday I call at 1130am and they confirmed my address and phone number and said it won’t be long. Never showed up. This morning-6 degrees and 53 in the house. Works not happy and I had to take a vacation day.
